DARREN WILSON ALLEGED TO BE ACTIVE MEMBER OF FERGUSON KKK; HAS HISTORY OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR

IT'S NOW BEING REPORTED DARREN WILSON IS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE FERGUSON KLU KLUX KLAN.

IT'S ALSO BEING REPORTED THAT MANY OTHER WHITE FERGUSON POLICE OFFICERS ARE ACTIVE KKK MEMBERS.

DARREN WILSON HAS A HISTORY OF VIOLENT BEHAVIOR.

FERGUSON KKK RAISED MONEY FOR DARREN WILSON'S LEGAL DEFENSE.

ARTICLE: "KKK In Ferguson: Klu Klux Klan Police News Leaked, Darren Wilson Alleged Member"

Is the KKK in Ferguson at this very moment?

Anonymous, the online hacker group, is said to have recently released a mass of highly secret details and information regarding Ku Klux Klan members.

According to Anonymous, there is a definite connection between some police officers of Ferguson and members of the KKK, and that Darren Wilson himself might be involved with the organization.

Sport Act News shares this tense allegation this Wednesday, November 26, 2014.

With violent protests still continuing in Missouri this week, the KKK in Ferguson would only make racial strains more heated at this point in time.

Now the online Internet hackers of Anonymous are saying they have released data on Ku Klux Klan members that have a distinct “link” to Ferguson police force authorities.

The group alleges that they have been able to infiltrate the main Twitter account of the KKK, known as @KuKluxKlanUSA.

Having the Twitter account now rumored to be under the hacker’s control, Anonymous has threatened to reveal a number of hidden details with the US public.

The press release notes that this seizure of the social media site is part of a continued “clash” between the pair of groups regarding the death of 18-year-old Michael Brown and Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson’s shooting of the unarmed teen.

It appears that Anonymous says they have discovered a tie between Ferguson police officers and KKK members.

This is, at least, what the group is claiming this Wednesday afternoon.

An alleged video was leaked last week saying that a set of well-known members of the Ku Klux Klan within the Missouri state branch of the organization were in support of officer Darren Wilson.

The sect is called the Traditionalist American Knights of the KKK, and were reported to have been in attendance for a private rally backing the white policeman over the black teen.

According to Web Pro News on the KKK in Ferguson story, the members of the St. Louis suburb who secretly participate in the Klan are allegedly called the “Ghoul Squad.”

Now, the Anonymous hackers are questioning whether Wilson himself may be a part of the underground community.

The group has also alleged to “list every Klan member” within Ferguson and has reportedly spurred an “OperationKKK” crusade based on the leaked details.

They say the Ku Klux Klan has already begun to share intimidating notices of “lethal force” that may be used toward active protestors of the Ferguson shooting.

The case gets more complicated after Anonymous revealed an unidentified insider provided concrete proof of ties regarding police officer Darren Wilson and the KKK.

However, details of this breaking news are allegedly being kept hidden by the hackers at this time because to share this information would result in his life being in “immediate danger.”

“I know for a fact that the TAKKKK had a lot to do with what went on in Ferguson.” ex-member of the TAKKKK, Henry Harrell, told Anonymous.

Apparently, there was a so-called “mole” within Ferguson’s law enforcement force that has been working with the hackers group to bring the identities of the Ku Klux members into the limelight.

An unknown activist, who goes by “Kafir,” said that the NOWsec independent journalism website has inner connections and details on the matter.

Darren Wilson, the Ferguson police officer who was not indicted this week by a Missouri grand jury, has said that he has been brought into a wrong and negative perspective over the shooting of Michael Brown.

The cop claims he was defending himself from a large 18-year-old who was the one who initiated the attack.

ARTICLE: "Darren Wilson And The Violent Confrontation With His Wife's Ex-lover: Court Documents Reveal Volatile Home Life Of Officer Who Shot Michael Brown - Which Grand Jury Never Heard About"

**Policeman who shot teenager had previously been involved in violent row at his then girlfriend's ex-partner's house.

**Wilson was at the home with Barbara Spradling - woman he has now married - when her ex attacked the policeman, and damaged his car.

**Incident was just six months before death of Michael Brown and was followed by bitter ongoing custody dispute between wife and her older ex.

**Wilson was still married to his first wife during the incident, which resulted in ex being convicted of three misdemeanors.

**Grand jury was not told about his turbulent home life while they decided on his actions in shooting Michael Brown.

Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson was involved in a violent altercation with the father of his lover’s child that saw assault charges brought in a case closed just six months before the Missouri cop shot dead Michael Brown.

Ferguson erupted as protesters reacted angrily to news of the Grand Jury’s decision not to indict the officer for the fatal shooting.

Wilson, 28, had been in hiding since August 9 when he pumped six bullets into the unarmed teen until the day after the verdict, when was interviewed by ABC News..

While the Grand Jury considered the evidence, Brown’s family waited for answers and protesters seethed with anger, Wilson married his lover, fellow Ferguson officer, Barbara Spradling, in a secret ceremony in St Louis County.

The couple are now expecting their first child together.

Now, court documents seen by MailOnline have revealed the turbulent history of the relationship that ended two marriages, sparked an ongoing custody battle and saw Wilson and Spradling, 37, embroiled in the assault case with her former lover, John Blumenthal, 52.

Papers filed at Jefferson County Court expose the true extent of Wilson’s disrupted home-life and show the volatile backdrop against which the officer undertook his life of public service.

They reveal pressures of which the Grand Jury was unaware as they considered the Wilson’s state of mind when he pulled the trigger on August 9 and discharged 12 rounds. Six bullets hit home, felling the 6ft 2 teenager.

According to court records, on 16 May 2013 John Blumenthal returned home around midnight to find Wilson - 24 years his junior - on the sofa with the mother of his child in the house that he and Barbara Spradling still shared.

The couple’s then four-year-old child was asleep in bed when a violent confrontation took place.

In her account Spradling stated that Blumenthal, who worked for Neihaus Construction, was ‘depressed over losing his job.’

She said that he stated ‘he wanted to kill himself [and] that he was not coming home ever again.’

But Blumenthal did come home. Spradling said, ‘My boyfriend [Wilson] and I were sitting on the couch when we heard banging on the garage and front door.’

Spradling let Blumenthal in and, she stated, ‘He immediately became aggressive and started hitting my boyfriend with a pillow as hard as he could. John then tried punching him several times.’

Spradling then recounted that her former partner, ‘Pulled my hair out of my head, choked me, punched me in the face and hit me in the face with his shoe. He continued to pull my hair several times.’

Assault charges leveled against Blumenthal were dismissed in August last year after he pleaded guilty to three misdemeanor charges.

Documents filed at Hillsboro, Missouri’s Jefferson County Court on July 1 2013 detail the grim events of the midnight brawl between Blumenthal, the mother of his child and her lover and colleague Wilson.

Blumenthal pleaded guilty to two counts of disturbance of the peace and one of destruction of property.

In his probable cause statement Wilson ‘advised that the defendant attempted to strike him several times with a closed fist, as well as placed him in a headlock, causing abrasions to his face and chest.

‘The victim further stated that the defendant kicked his vehicle, causing a dent which would cost approximately five hundred dollars to fix.’

To add a further layer of complexity to Wilson’s fraught domestic background, he was still married to his first wife, Ashley Brown, 30, at the time the incident took place, although the couple had separated three months earlier.

Divorce papers finalized on 18 November 2013, after just 16 months of marriage, state that the union was ‘irretrievably broken.’ Contrary to previous reports they did not have children together and Ms Brown was not pregnant at the time of their split.

Documents filed in the County of St Charles and St Louis show that Wilson and Brown married on October 15 2011 when he was 25 and she was 21.

At the time Brown is described as working for St Louis based healthcare company SSM while Wilson had already embarked on his career at Ferguson - where he met Spradling, the woman who last month became his second wife.

When Wilson and Brown’s divorce was finalized - by which time he and Spradling were living together - both parties walked away with what they brought into the marriage. They paid their own attorney fees and court costs and Brown reverted to her maiden name.

The only items mentioned specifically are that Wilson took his Chevrolet Cruze 2011 - the one dented by an enraged Blumenthal - and Brown took her Pontiac G6.

And though theirs was a blame free divorce, Wilson agreed to pay his former wife $4000 in medical arrears incurred on her payments ensuring her coverage on his police health insurance. He paid another $250 a month for up to 12 months towards her health insurance until she got cover from her employer.

Spradling’s dealings with Blumenthal remain unresolved.

Court records indicate that on August 25, just two weeks after Wilson shot Brown, a case was filed with social services in the dispute between Spradling and Blumenthal over custody of their five-year-old son.
The child is believed to have been living with his mother and her now husband, Wilson, at a police safe house for the past three months. The details of the ongoing custody dispute are not a matter of public record.

Blumenthal’s first marriage to Terry Vanessa, 50, ended with their divorce in November 2003.

Within five months of that dissolution being finalized Spradling had moved into Blumenthal’s family home and though she and Blumenthal never married they lived together for a decade.

When they first got together Spradling, 13 years younger than Blumenthal’s first wife, was 27 to his 42.

He was a member of Glendale Fire Department’s C Shift where, as an alumni of the Greater St Louis County Fire Academy, he served for 15 years.

He is also a qualified Emergency Medical Technician who, on 27 August 2007, assisted at a clinical save that saw Abbott Ambulance honor him with an award.

A clinical save means that a patient’s heart has stopped beating and is restarted long enough to transport them to hospital.

In 2009 Spradling gave birth to their son. At the time Darren Wilson, 28, was working just 20 minutes down the road as a rookie cop at Jennings Police.

In 2010 Jennings city council decided that tensions between black civilians and the police force were so bad that they had to fire everybody and start from scratch.

Wilson was one of the few to get a new job and made the fateful move to Ferguson – bringing him into Spradling’s orbit and, ultimately, Michael Brown’s.

Blumenthal had taken a job as Safety Director for Niehaus Construction by the time of that showdown between the him, Spradling and her then lover Wilson.

And though Spradling’s statement made in May 2013 notes that Blumenthal was depressed at having ‘lost his job’ his most recent employment information still lists him at the firm.

None of the three were available for comment.

Darren Wilson is about to become a father for the first time, he revealed during an exclusive interview aired on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old officer broke the news that his wife, fellow cop Barbara Spradling, 37, is pregnant during an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos at a secret location.

The couple married quietly on October 24 in front of his lawyer and a judge in Overland, Missouri.

The interview marks the first time Wilson has spoken publicly since he shot dead unarmed teenager Michael Brown on August 9. It was aired after a grand jury’s decision not to indict him on any charges was announced and sparked mass riots in Ferguson, Missouri.

Wilson confirmed he had recently gotten married and his wife was pregnant, adding that the couple 'just want to live a normal life'.

However, Wilson conceded that there would be 'a new normal' for him following that fateful Saturday in August where an altercation on a quiet Ferguson street led to him shooting the unarmed 18-year-old.

Wilson said that being a police officer in Ferguson was the 'job of my life' and that his only dream in life was to be made sergeant.

'I wanted to stay on the road for 30 years and then retire as sergeant and have a retirement,' Wilson said. 'That’s all that I wanted.'

He has served for four years in the St Louis suburb and another two in another town.

The cop refused to say whether he would return to the force or resign, saying that decisions were still being made.

He added: 'I'm not sure it's possible. I mean, you think they would accept me? You think it'd be safe for me?'

He also said other officers could be at risk because of his reputation.

Wilson said that 'stressful was an understatement' to describe his life following the Michael Brown shooting.

'You are always looking to see if someone is following you or has noticed you,' Wilson said. 'I grew a beard, it was uncomfortable but it helped. You take precautions, where you sit in a restaurant, where you drive.

'Everything has to run through your head. It’s every time you walk, you make sure no one’s following you, everything.'

However the cop said he wanted something good to emerge from his experience. He told GMA: 'I would love to teach people. I would love to give more insight on … into the use of force and anything I can.

'Anything that I can get out of this career I’ve had so far and of the incident, I would love to give to someone else.'

Michael Brown's family reacted with anger on Wednesday, saying Wilson's interview added 'insult to injury'.

The teenager's mother, Lesley McSpadden, told CBS she didn't think Wilson wanted to kill Michael but that 'he wanted to kill someone'.

Wilson also revealed on Wednesday the moment that he knew he had killed Michael Brown.

'I saw the face he had go blank,' he said. 'His face was blank. I knew he had passed.'

Wilson had earlier recalled how he was on his way to grab lunch on August 9, when he came across Brown and friend Dorian Johnson walking single-file in the middle of the street.

Just a few minutes later, Brown would be shot dead after allegedly starting a fist-fight with the cop.

Wilson said Brown would be alive today if he had just followed his original order to stop walking on the street, and move to the sidewalk.

The 28-year-old officer was interviewed at a secret location less than 24 hours after the grand jury decision was announced.

He talked Stephanopoulos through each step of the confrontation which culminated in Wilson firing his gun for the first time in his law enforcement career and killing the unarmed teen.

While he feels remorse for Brown’s death, Wilson maintained that he made the right choice to use lethal force in the fight and would do it all over again.

'I don’t think it’s haunting; it’s always going to be something that happened,' he said. ‘The reason I have a clear conscience is because I know I did my job right.'

St Louis County Prosecutor Robert McCulloch revealed on Monday that Wilson was trying to arrest Brown in connection to a reported robbery on the day the 18-year-old was shot dead.

Wilson said he was in his police SUV when he saw Brown and Johnson and that he pulled up next to them, asking them to move to the sidewalk.

He said the two ignored his request and it was then that he noticed Brown carrying a handful of cigarillos - the same items stolen in a convenience store robbery he heard reported over the his police radio minutes earlier.

Wilson admitted he ‘probably never would have noticed the cigarillos’ if Brown ‘had just followed orders’.

Wilson said he would have left the two alone, and driven off in search of food as he was doing before.

Instead, Wilson said Brown was defensive from the start of their conversation, saying ‘f*** what you have to say’ when the officer asked him to move off the street.

Noticing the cigarillos in Brown’s hand, and how Johnson’s clothing matched the description in the robbery report, Wilson called for back-up and then pulled his car out in front of the pair to block their path.

Wilson says he planned to get out of the SUV and talk to the pair until back-up arrived, but that Brown slammed his driver’s door shut when he attempted to exit the vehicle, saying ‘what the f*** are you going to do about it?’

The officer then tried to push out the door to free himself from the vehicle, but says Brown kept pushing the door shut and eventually reached his hands into the vehicle to throw the first punch.

For the next 10 seconds, Wilson and Brown were engaged in a fist fight and the cop says it was then that he ‘felt the immense power’ 6'4', 292lb Brown had. Wilson is the same height and 210 pounds. Wilson has repeatedly used the analogy that he felt like a five-year-old grappling with Hulk Hogan.

‘He was a very large, a very powerful man,’ Wilson recalled.

Afraid that the next blow could render him unconscious, Wilson says his training kicked in and overrode his actions. He says he immediately ruled out mace, saying it could have been used to disable Brown but that Brown could have grabbed it and used it against him as well.

‘The only option left was my firearm,’ Wilson said.

But when Wilson reached for the handgun on his hip, he claims Brown reached for the weapon and tried to turn it around to shoot the officer.

Wilson was eventually able to wiggle the weapon free and turn it towards Brown, warning: ‘Get back or I’m going to shoot you’.

‘You’re too much of a p**** to shoot me,’ Wilson recalls Brown replying.

Brown continued to struggle for the gun, and it jammed the first two times that Wilson tried to pull the trigger. He was successful on the third try, firing the first shot at Brown from inside his vehicle. It was the first time Wilson ever fired his gun in his five-year career as a police officer, he revealed.

He says that first shot startled both himself and Brown, who backed up a few inches.

‘We were both in shock. It was shocking having to pull the trigger. It was also shocking that this was the only option that I had,’ Wilson said.

But he says the shot didn’t stop Brown, and that he actually became ‘even angrier’ coming back at the officer again.

Wilson responded by firing more shots, that sent Brown running away from the vehicle,

He says he then called for back up again, saying shots had been fired. That was a call that none of his fellow-officers received. WIlson claims it’s because the radio had been turned from channel 1 to 3 in the midst of the struggle with Brown.

Wilson says he then gave chase to Brown, saying it’s not his job to ‘sit and wait’ and he needed to keep the teen in sight for when back-up arrived.

That’s when Brown turned around and starting coming back towards the officer. Wilson says he also saw the teen reach towards his waistband, and feared Brown may be concealing a weapon - though some witness accounts, including Johnson, said Brown was lifting his hands in surrender.

Wilson said reports that Brown raised his hands 'were incorrect'.

‘My initial thought was, is there a weapon in there?’ Wilson said.

As the teen started ‘charging’ towards him, Wilson said he feared for his life and thought: ‘Can I shoot this guy? Legally can I? And the answer was I have to, he will kill me if he gets to me.’

Mark Zuckerberg & Priscilla Chan Are Newlyweds! Who Is Priscilla Chan?

‎"Now that Mark zuckaberg made the big announcement... Folks should be happy.. He and Facebook just saved the Institution of Marriage."

Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg marries Priscilla Chan

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has updated his status to "married."

Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan tied the knot at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, Calif., home Saturday, capping a busy week for the couple.

Zuckerberg took his company public in one of the most anticipated moves in Wall Street history Friday. And Chan graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, on Monday, the same day Zuckerberg turned 28.

The couple met at Harvard and have been together for more than nine years.

A company spokeswoman said Zuckerberg designed the ring featuring "a very simple ruby" that he designed himself.

The ceremony took place in Zuckerberg's backyard before fewer than 100 guests, who all thought they were there to celebrate Chan's graduation.

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg marries longtime girlfriend

Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg updated his status to “married” on Saturday.

Zuckerberg and 27-year-old Priscilla Chan tied the knot at a small ceremony at his Palo Alto, Calif., home, capping a busy week for the couple.

Zuckerberg took his company public in one of the most anticipated stock offerings in Wall Street history Friday. And Chan graduated from medical school at the University of California, San Francisco, on Monday, the same day Zuckerberg turned 28.

The couple met at Harvard and have been together for more than nine years.

A source authorized by the couple to speak said Zuckerberg designed the ring featuring “a very simple ruby.”

The ceremony took place in Zuckerberg’s backyard before fewer than 100 guests, who all thought they were there to celebrate Chan’s graduation.

Even after the IPO, Zuckerberg remains Facebook’s single largest shareholder, with 503.6 million shares. And he controls the company with 56 percent of its voting stock.

The site, which was born in a dorm room eight years ago, has grown into a worldwide network of almost a billion people.

Zuckerberg founded Facebook at Harvard in 2004.

He was named as Time’s Person of the Year in 2010, at age 26.

Zuckerberg grew up in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.

Meet Priscilla Chan, Mark Zuckerberg's No-Nonsense Girlfriend

So who is the woman, to borrow Facebook's terminology, Zuckerberg finds himself "in a relationship" with?

1.) She's been with Zuck since college

Although "The Social Network" made it seem as though Zuckerberg's ambition was driven in part by his failures with women, the truth is he and Chan have been dating since their college days at Harvard.

They met at a party while waiting in line for the bathroom; Chan later told The New Yorker that she thought Zuckerberg was "this nerdy guy who was just a little bit out there."

2.) He offered her a job, she offered him candy

When Zuckerberg left Harvard in 2005 to focus on Facebook full time, he began recruiting classmates for positions at the facebook (as it was then known). According to The Harvard Crimson, Zuckerberg was sitting outside after a campus recruiting session when Chan walked by:

"Hey Priscilla, do you want a job at the facebook?" Zuckerberg asked a passing friend.

"I'd love a job at facebook," Priscilla Chan '07 responded, offering him a Twizzler.

3.) Their relationship has rules

Author and tech journalist Sarah Lacy has written that Chan has imposed strict rules on her relationship with Zuckerberg -- not because she doesn't trust him, but because he's such a workaholic. One of the top rules: "One date per week, a minimum of a hundred minutes of alone time, not in his apartment, and definitely not at Facebook."

4.) She helped spark Zuckerberg's interest in China

Chan, who is Chinese-American, brought Zuckerberg on a trip to China in 2010. (Their holiday included some business meetings, which prompted speculation about Facebook's interests in the Chinese market.) To prepare for the visit, Zuckerberg studied the Chinese language every morning.

5.) She's on Facebook

That's a no-brainer, right? According to the publicly available portion of Chan's Facebook page, she's into cooking, photography, learning Spanish, working with kids and visiting warm locales.

North Carolina's Marriage Amendment: I Vote YES! Protect NC's Legal Marriages! One Man & One Woman!

On May 8 North Carolina residents will Vote "Yes" or "No" to a Ballot Initiative on Legalizing Gay Marriage in that State.
How will I Vote on this issue?

YES! I Support North Carolina's Marriage Amendment!

I will Vote NOT to Legalize Gay Marriage in N.C. because I believe what God says about Marriage:
One Man; One Woman standing before a Licensed Minister or Justice-of-the-Peace, saying "I Do".

NOT Couples who are Shacking Up!

Adam & Eve; Male & Female

NOT Adam and Adam or Eve and Eve!

Thus I will Vote to Protect Marriage as being Legally Defined between One Man & One Woman.

Why?

Because I am tired of NAACP Leaders & Democrat Politicians Diminishing the REAL Civil Rights Movement by mixing this very important issue with Gay rights.

Before there was any talk EVER about Gay Rights, BLACK People were Fighting for Equal Justice & Civil Rights because we were being Discriminated against due to Our Natural Born Ethnicity NOT Our Chosen Sexual Orientation!

By mixing Gay Rights with Civil Rights it appears that 21st Century Politicians, including Democrats, is telling the American BLACK Community We are NOT Worthy of Equal Justice as Human Beings unless we accept Gay Rights as part of the BLACK Experience.

So while I do Love Gay People and see them through the eyes of God (My Niece is a Lesbian), I refuse to accept this Theory that Gay Rights is the Same as Civil Rights because it isn't!

Furthermore Mixing Gay Rights with Civil Rights is NOT being Forced on any other Ethnic Group.
NOT Whites!
NOT Latinos!
NOT Asians!
NOT Native American Indians!
ONLY BLACKS!

Why is it that ONLY BLACK people are being Forced to accept Gay Rights as Civil Rights?

Does this mean that BLACK People can’t have BLACK Pride unless we accept Gay Rights as Civil Rights?

Does this mean the American BLACK Community is just "too Stupid" or too Antiquated to understand the Difference between Gay Rights & Civil Rights?

I think NOT!!!

I've seen quite a Few Poor, BLACK People riled up about Gay Marriage. Especially when Gay people are demanding Federal Protection from Employment Discrimination while BLACK Unemployment remains at 16% to 55% depending upon the Demographics.

Thus I will Vote NOT to Legalize Gay Marriage in N.C. because I believe what God says about Marriage: One Man; One Woman standing before a Licensed Minister or Justice-of-the-Peace, saying "I Do".

NOT Couples who are Shacking Up!

Adam & Eve; Male & Female

NOT Adam and Adam or Eve and Eve!

I will Vote to Protect Marriage as being Legally Defined between One Man & One Woman.

This is My Personal Opinion.
You don't have to agree.

WRAL News poll: Marriage amendment poised for passage

A proposed amendment to the North Carolina constitution to define marriage in the state appears likely to pass, according to a new WRAL News poll.

SurveyUSA polled 1,127 likely voters between last Thursday and Monday and found that {{a href=document-1"}}sizable numbers still favor some type of legal recognition for same-sex couples{{/a}}.

The amendment calls for the state to not recognize any domestic arrangements other than marriage between a man and a woman. Fifty-seven percent of those polled support the proposal, while 37 percent oppose it.

The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.

Most demographic groups favor the amendment, including men and women, young and old, black and white, poor and affluent. The only groups where opposition to the amendment leads are Democrats, independents and people who identify themselves as liberal.

When people were asked if same-sex couples should have any sort of legal recognition, however, the majority favored some recognition, such as domestic partner benefits or civil unions. Only 39 percent of respondents said they oppose all legal recognition, according to the poll.

Meanwhile, both sides of the issue continued to lobby for support Tuesday, focusing on claims that passage of the referendum would weaken domestic violence protections.

With a week until the state primary, amendment backers called those claims "misinformation" and "scare tactics."

"This amendment will have no impact on domestic violence prosecutions, and the citizens of this state should not be deceived into thinking otherwise," said Phil Berger Jr., Rockingham County's District Attorney and the son of Senate President Pro Tem Phil Berger.

"What (amendment opponents are) doing is they're using scare tactics and a parade of horribles in an effort to get voters to decide something or to make a decision on something other than the facts," the younger Berger said.

He appeared with a handful of other current and former court officials at a news conference organized by House Majority Leader Paul Stam's office. Several of the officials said there was "no chance" that domestic violence protections would be eroded by the amendment.

The Coalition to Protect All NC Families has aired two television ads in recent weeks that unmarried couples of all genders stood to lose domestic violence protections if the marriage amendment passes. The group has cited legal commentary from law professors across the state as well as Amily McCool, a Wake County prosecutor who specializes in domestic violence cases.

McCool, who is featured in one of the ads, said Tuesday that the amendment is worded ambiguously by proposing that marriage between a man and a woman would be "the only domestic legal union" recognized in the state.

"That phrase, domestic legal union, it has never been defined in North Carolina statutes. It has never been defined by North Carolina courts," she said.

State domestic violence laws apply to "a spouse or former spouse or a person with whom the defendant lives or has lived as if married," McCool said, adding that unmarried people could argue that the amendment bans the state from recognizing any abuse charges they face as domestic violence.

"Those statutes that give additional protection to unmarried couples could be argued to be unconstitutional and found unconstitutional, leaving those victims without that protection," she said.

That happened in Ohio, she said, noting that it took three years before the Ohio Supreme Court clarified the issue.

Jeff Hunt, the district attorney for Henderson, Polk and Transylvania counties in western North Carolina, said the confusion over the issue points out the need for the amendment.

"The very fact that somebody can do the legal analysis, in quotes, to arrive at that conclusion points up the muddled thinking that is at the very base of the need to have this constitutional amendment passed," Hunt said.

John Edwards Indicted On Felony Charges: Mistress "Hush Money"

Its Official Folks & Not A Moment Too Soon!

Today Former U.S. Senator & Presidential Hopeful John Edwards (D-NC) Was Indicted On FELONY Charges For Allegedly Illegally Using Campaign Finances As "Hush Money" For His Mistress, Rielle Hunter.

How Sad That A Man With Such A Promising Political Career Could Lose It All In One Swoop Simply For The Sake Of A Piece Of "Hot Tail"!

Yeah I Said It!

Edwards Had An Illict, Adulterous Fling Outside His Marriage With A Woman (Rielle Hunter) Who Possibly Carefully Calculated & Planned To Have An Adulterous Affair With John Edwards, Once A VERY Loyal, Married Man!

Am I Totally Blaming Edwards' Mistress Rielle Hunter For What Happened To John Edwards' Marriage?

No! Not Entirely However She Does Bare Some Blame.

Rielle Hunter Who Claims To Be A Professional Videographer, Knew Full Well John Edwards Was A VERY Married Man!

What Do I Mean By VERY Married?

Well Not All Married Men Are Committed & Loyal To Their Legally Wedded Wives.

Some Men Only Marry For Professional Or Political Reasons.

Especially If Their Wives Are From Wealthy Or Politically-Connected Families.

Nothing Wrong With Marrying A Good Woman From A Great Background, Except If AFTER His Wedding Ceremony The Husband Immediately Returns To Dalliances With Former Girlfriends Or Secretaries.

In Edwards' Case That Didn't Appear To Be The Norm.

Unless That Is It Was But Was Kept Hidden From The Public's Eye By Loyal Friends And Employees.

Is It Safe To Say That John Edwards, A Southern White Man Of Great Wealth & Prominence Living In North Carolina (Land Of "White Supremacy") Was Enabled By His Loyal Friends & Employees While Engaging In An Illict Affair?

YES!! A Thousand Times YES!

Is It Also Safe To Say If John Edwards Were A BLACK Man From North Carolina, Governor Bev Perdue Would Already Have His Head On A Platter For Such Behavior & Criminal Activity?

YES! A Thousand Times YES!

I Guess I Should Feel Sorry For Edwards But He Doesn't Deserve It.

Even If Rielle Did Intentionally Seduce Him (Not Saying She Actually Did Because I Don't Know), Edwards An Well-Educated Attorney & Politician, Should Have Known Better!

He Had A Devoted Wife Elizabeth (Deceased) & Wonderful Children At Home, Who Obviously LOVED Him Very Much!

What Piece Of "Hot Tail" Is Worth More Than A Man's Devoted Wife & Family??

Since He Created Mankind, Allow Me To Ask God Himself What Is It That Makes A Man OR Woman Throw Away Their Family & Career Just For A Sexual Fling? i.e,.Piece Of "Hot Tail"?

"I'm Married Not Blind" Is The Path Many Married Men & Women Take As An Excuse For Staring Too Long At Or Spending Too Much Time With Other Members Of The Opposite Sex.

Not Realizing The Longer They Stare Or The More Time They Spend With Other Members Of The Opposite Sex, They More Often Than Not Can Become Caught Up In Sexual Fantasy Land.

Unfortunately Many Married Men & Women Don't Realize What Has Happened Until AFTER The Damage Is Done.

(Remember Former South Carolina Governor Mark Sanford (R)?)

Marriages Ending In Divorce & Careers Destroyed!

In Edwards' Case He Even Lost His Beloved, Devoted, Faithful Wife Who Died NOT Just From Cancer But More So From A Broken Heart.

So Should I Feel Sorry For John Edwards'?

NO!! A Thousand Times NO!

I Only Pray He Repents Before God Almighty & Seek His Forgiveness.

I Only Pray His Children Are Able To Forgive Him.

But If Former U.S. Senator John Edwards Did Illegally Use Campaign Finance Funds To Hide & Hush An Illict Adulterous Affair With Rielle Hunter, (His Mistress) Then He SHOULD Pay To The Fullest Extent Of The Law!

As Mentioned Above Edwards, A Well-Educated White Attorney & Politician Knew EXACTLY What He Was Doing But He Kept Doing It Anyway, Sending Himself Deeper Into A Pit Of Entanglement.

Never Mind That He Hurt His Wife & Children Deeply.

He Kept Seeing This Woman Anyway.

Thus He SHOULD PAY!

If Edwards Seeks God's Forgiveness God WILL Forgive Him But He Still Needs To PAY Because Forgiveness Does NOT Eliminate Consequences.

To: Elizabeth Edwards; Rest In Peace.

To The Edwards' Children: God Bless!

Edwards Indicted in Campaign Fund Case

John Edwards, the former senator from North Carolina and presidential candidate, was indicted Friday morning by a grand jury in Raleigh on charges that he violated campaign finance law during his 2008 presidential campaign.

Mr. Edwards is scheduled to make his initial appearance in federal court in Winston-Salem, N.C., at 2:30 p.m. before Magistrate Judge Patrick Auld.

The grand jury, which has been investigating the case for two years, indicted Mr. Edwards on six counts — four involving illegal payments, one involving conspiracy and one involving false statements. “Mr. Edwards is alleged to have accepted more than $900,000 in an effort to conceal from the public facts that he believed would harm his candidacy,” Assistant Attorney General Lanny A. Breuer said in a statement. “As this indictment shows, we will not permit candidates for high office to abuse their special ability to access the coffers of their political supporters to circumvent our election laws.”

At issue are financial contributions that prosecutors say Mr. Edwards received in excess of federal limits, did not report properly and then misused for the political purpose of hiding his extramarital affair to save his candidacy. Mr. Edwards, 57, has maintained that he used the money to hide the affair, but for private purposes — to conceal it from his wife.

Mr. Edwards had a chance to reach a plea agreement and avoid the indictment, but he chose not to do so and will fight the charges, his lawyers said.

The decision to fight could lead to a long, messy, public trial and possible jail sentence for Mr. Edwards, or it could lead to his acquittal.

The decision to risk a trial reflects confidence by some on the Edwards legal team that the government’s case would not hold up in court.

“The government’s theory is wrong on the facts and wrong on the law,” Greg Craig, one of Mr. Edwards’s lawyers, said in a statement last week.

The decision also reflects the strong feeling by Mr. Edwards that no matter how much he has disgraced himself — by lying to his wife and to the country about an extramarital affair, which wrecked his marriage and ended his political career — _ he does not want to be seen as a felon or lose his law license.

“John Edwards has done wrong in his life — and he knows it better than anyone,” Mr. Craig said in his statement, “but he did not break the law.”

Newt Seeks Forgiveness But Tried To Impeach Clinton; HYPOCRITE!

Despite Recently Calling Pres. Obama A "Food Stamp President", Former U.S. House Speaker Newt Gingrich (R) Denies Any Racist Undertones In His 2012 Bid Against Barack Obama.

Such Hypocrisy & Rhetoric Coming From The Man Who Sent Thousands Of People Back To Welfare & Food Stamp Lines After His "Contract With America" Policies Failed.

He Also Wants Voters To Forget His Adulterous Past & 3 Marriages.

Let's Just Say That I'll Overlook His Past When Hell Freezes Over!!

Wait A Minute!

Isn't Gingrich The Same Dude Who Tried To Impeach Bill Clinton For His Adulterous Acts Of Indiscretion With Monica Lewisky While Cheating On His OWN Wife??

Yes!

So Wouldn't You Say That Gingrich's Adulterous Affairs & Multiple Marriages Classifies Him As A Hypocrite??

Yes!

Should America's Voters Kindly "Overlook" What Newt Considers To Be Simple "Personal Mistakes"?

NO!

Has Gingrich Changed His Spots?

NO!!

Please Tell Me How In The World How Can 2 Adulterous Affairs & 3 Marriages To 3 Different Women Be Considered As Little Ole' "Personal Mistakes"?

Bull!

And I Think That Wife No.3 Had Better Be On Guard By Keeping Her Bags Packed Just In Case!

Now I Know The Mainstream Media Is Trying To Compare Gingrich With Bill Clinton By Claiming Clinton's Indiscretions Seemed To Have No Bearing On His Ability To Govern.

I Don't Know If That Observation Is True Since Character DOES Count In Life However....

Bill Clinton NEVER Claimed To Be A Christian, Nor Did He Ever Appeal To Conservative Christian Voters!

You See According To Gingrich If You Are BLACK Or A Democrat Its Impossible To Seek Or Expect God's Forgiveness For Indiscretions.

No, In Newt Gingrich's World God ONLY Forgives White Men Within The Republican Party For Their Indiscretions.

Let's Also Include Former Republican Senator John Ensign In That Number.

Now As It Relates To Newt Gingrich Being Labeled As A Racist, Yes! I Do Believe Newt Gingrich Is A Racist NOT A Christian!

Gingrich Has Made It NO Secret That He Refuses To EVER Work With Or Support America's First BLACK President But Yet He Claims NOT To Be A Racist??

But Yet He Claims To Be A Christian??

With The Demonstration Of His Recent Obviously Racially Undertoned Comments ("Food Stamp President", "Path To Detroit"), His Extremely Divisive Dirty Political Mudslinging & His Openly Adulterous Lifestyle, Gingrich Gives REAL Christians A Bad Name!

So While Pres. Obama Isn't Perfect (ONLY God Almighty Is), At Least He's STILL Married To The SAME Woman!!

Can We ALL Agree That America Will NEVER Again Be Known As AmeriKKKa, A Country Formerly Ruled By White Men & White Women??

Instead Going Forward Our Nation Will Be Known As A Multi-Culturally Diverse Nation Rich With Opportunities For EVERYONE!

Gingrich explains personal 'mistakes,' rejects charges of racist undertones

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Sunday that voters are entitled to ask questions about the “mistakes” he has made in his personal life but said he’s confident that many social conservatives will back him in his 2012 presidential bid.

Gingrich, who has been married three times and has admitted to past extramarital affairs, said on NBC’s Meet the Press that Americans should look to the "strong marriage" he has with his current wife, Callista, and consider the “forgiveness” he sought from God for his personal transgressions.

“Every American has the right to ask these questions,” he said. “I have made mistakes in my life. I have had to go to God for forgiveness and to seek reconciliation. And I ask them to look at who I am today."

The former House Speaker said many conservative Republicans already back him despite the less squeaky-clean portions of his personal past.

“I have a large number of social conservatives who support me because, as we’ve talked this through, they’ve reached a different conclusion about what America needs and what I can bring in trying to fill that role of leader,” Gingrich said.

Gingrich announced his formal entry into the 2012 presidential race on Wednesday.

Explaining his decision to run, Gingrich said that he felt a civic obligation to throw his hat into the presidential ring. “When you look at where we are, it just seemed to me to not seek to help the country fix the problems we have would have been a failure of citizenship on my part,” he said.

Gingrich criticized the Medicare plan backed by House Budget Committee chair Paul Ryan, saying that Ryan's proposal to turn the health care plan for the elderly into a voucher system "too big a jump."

"I don't think right-wing social engineering is any more desirable than left-wing social engineering," he said after being asked about the Ryan plan. "I don't think imposing radical change from the right or the left is a very good way for free society to operate."

The onetime Georgia lawmaker bristled at accusations that some of his criticisms of President Barack Obama – including his labeling of the current commander-in-chief as a “food stamp president” – have racial undertones.

“That’s bizarre,” he responded.

“What I said is factually true,” he added, noting that one of every six Americans receives food stamps. “And to hide behind the charge of racism? I have never said anything about President Obama which is racist.”

Pressed by host David Gregory about how he believes the president views America, Gingrich doubled down on his charge that Obama does not believe that the United States is fundamentally unique among the world’s nations.

“Look, I believe he loves America. I think he has a very different vision of what America is,” Gingrich said, adding that he is ‘fairly confident’ that Obama does not believe in “American exceptionalism.”

“He’s learned recently how to say it,” he said. “But if you go back and look at the first two years of his presidency it was a real change.”

Is Anyone Surprised That Former U.S. House Speaker & 2012 Presidential Candidate Newt Gingrich (R) Recently Labeled Pres. Obama The "Food Stamp President"?

I'm NOT Because Such Divisive Political Mudslinging Is Newt's M.O.

However Isn't It Amazing How Soon One Forgets?

I Guess Newt Forgot How Many People He Sent Back To The Welfare Rolls With His Failed, Racist "Welfare Reform"/ "Contract With America" Policies.

Yep! The Same Racist Welfare Reform Programs He Chose To Intentionally Underfund Thus Sending Those Same Welfare Recipients Back To Receiving Food Stamps & Gov't Checks!

I Presume Mr. Gingrich Wasn't Aware That Historically More White People Have Used Food Stamps Than Minorities Ever Could.

Now What If Pres. Obama Chose To Conduct Himself In The Same Childish Way By Calling Attention To Newt's Adulterous, Cheating Behavior?

Thank God Pres. Obama Has Instead Chosen To Stand On The Issues & By Pointing To His Political Victories, One Being His Administration's Killing Of Osama Bin Laden.

Gingrich Has Consistently Been Paraded As The GOP's "Idea Guru".

Nothing Wrong With Having Comprehensive Ideas Unless Those Ideas Are Targeted At Oppressing Black & Hispanic Citizens.

I Say Its Time To Give Newt Gingrich The Title He So Rightfully Deserves: "GOP Political Guru Of Dirty Politics!"

See You At The Polls Folks!

VOTE OBAMA IN 2012!!!

Gingrich: 2012 election biggest since Lincoln in 1860

Republican Newt Gingrich told a Georgia audience on Friday evening that the 2012 presidential election is the most consequential since the 1860 race that elected Abraham Lincoln to the White House and was soon followed by the Civil War.

Addressing the Georgia Republican Party's convention, Gingrich said the nation is at a crossroads and that the re-election of Democratic President Barack Obama would lead to four more years of "radical left-wing values" that would drive the nation to ruin.

Gingrich also blasted Obama as "the most successful food stamp president in modern American history."

The former House speaker gave his speech at the end of a day of campaigning that took him from a gathering of economic conservatives in Washington to an old-style restaurant in Georgia and then the evening gathering of the party faithful.

Gingrich received a warm welcome at the GOP dinner. He represented Georgia in Congress for two decades and is stressing his ties anew after having lived in northern Virginia for more than a decade.

"I am glad to be home," Gingrich said Friday evening.

On economic issues, the 67-year-old Gingrich said his program would lead to more paychecks.

He outlined a jobs plan that would eliminate the estate and capital gains taxes and lower the corporate tax rate, which he said would infuse the nation's sputtering economy with new investment.

He said the United States needs to reexamine its relationship with Pakistan after revelations that Osama bin Laden had been hiding out there for years as America poured billions of dollars in aid into the country.

"I was trying to figure out what the word ally meant," Gingrich said. "I know what the word sucker meant. How stupid do you think we are?"

Many dissatisfied with GOP field

Some 45 percent of Republicans now say they're dissatisfied with the GOP candidates who have declared or are thought to be serious about running, up from 33 percent two months ago, according to an Associated Press-GfK poll. Just 41 percent are satisfied with the likely Republican field, down from 52 percent.

Plenty are holding out for somebody else.

In North Carolina, retiree Robert Osborne is hoping New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie will decide to run. In Indiana, farmer Brent Smith wishes Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour hadn't backed away. In Georgia, stock clerk Susan Demarest would love to see somebody more like Ronald Reagan.

Ohio's William Johnson just wants somebody who's not a "cold fish."

"I don't expect them to get up there and start doing karaoke, but we need somebody with a little more spunk," says the Columbus steelworker.

While the Republican roster of candidates is growing almost by the day — Ron Paul declared on Friday, and Mike Huckabee says he'll make an important announcement this weekend — satisfaction with the field appears to be shrinking.

The poll was conducted May 5-9 by GfK Roper Public Affairs and Corporate Communications. It involved landline and cellphone interviews with 1,001 adults nationwide and had a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.2 percentage points. The survey included 378 Republicans, and that subset had a larger, 6.9 percentage point margin of error.

Former Arkansas Gov. Huckabee, who is viewed favorably by 72 percent of Republicans, has the highest rating of the lot.

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, who was the GOP vice presidential nominee in 2008, is viewed favorably by two-thirds of Republicans, as is Romney, who made a strong bid for the presidential nomination last time. Romney has all but announced this time; Palin is more of a question mark.

Gingrich quite popular

The only other major Republican with a favorability rating above 50 percent in the poll was Gingrich, who didn't enter the presidential race until the week after the poll was conducted. His favorability rating was 61 percent.

Forty-five percent viewed businessman and TV celebrity Donald Trump, another potential candidate, favorably compared to 50 percent who rated him unfavorably.

GOP favorability ratings for lesser-known Republicans asked about in the poll: former Texas Rep. Paul, 49 percent; Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota , 41 percent; former Sen. Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania, 36 percent; former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, 33 percent; Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels, 30 percent; former Utah Gov. and Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman, 20 percent.

In an interview with The Associated Press earlier Friday Gingrich said he's grown more mature since his days as House speaker, and before that, when he was often described as a bomb-throwing insurgent member of the House Republican minority.

He said it took him two years after taking the reins in Congress to learn that he had to re-calibrate his style and change his message.

And by then, he said, "the damage had been done."

"There are the things you want to say and what you need to say," Gingrich told The AP.

Some have questioned whether Gingrich — known for his combative style and what some consider over-the-top rhetoric — has the temperament and discipline to be president.

Last year, he suggested U.S. Supreme Court nominee Sonia Sotomayor was a racist, said Obama is best understood by his "Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior," and argued that placing a mosque near ground zero in New York City was akin to placing a Nazi sign next to the Holocaust Museum.
