WOMEN IN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS ARE OFTEN MADE TO APPEAR AS BEING "CRAZY"

WOMEN IN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS ARE OFTEN MADE TO APPEAR AS BEING "CRAZY":

OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM ALLOWS THIS TO PROTECT MEN WHO BEAT THEIR WIVES & TO SILENCE WOMEN.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AFFECTS WOMEN PHYSICALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IS WHEN A MAN CONTROLS A WOMAN'S MIND WITH HIS FISTS.

HUSBANDS WHO BEAT THEIR WIVES ARE "REWARDED" WITH LIGHT SENTENCES.

GOD IS THE ONLY REAL JUDGE WHO PUNISHES MEN WHO ABUSE WOMEN WHEN COURTS REFUSE TO.

****** Here Is the Powerful Statement a Wife Read Aloud to the Court and Her Abusive Husband

For ten years, Neha Rastogi says, she was abused by her husband, Abhishek Gattani. But despite her recordings recording some of that abuse, the Santa Clara District Attorney’s office let him plead no contest to offensive touching and felony accessory after the fact and agreed to a deal in which he would serve less than two full weeks in jail. Here is Rastogi’s full statement, as written, that she read aloud while Judge Allison Marston Danner was on vacation, asking her to change the terms of the prosecutor’s deal:

"Your honor,

I appreciate this opportunity given to me to speak about my abuse at the hands of Abhishek Gattani, I thank for this time given to me to voice my concerns, and requests to you and this court in the case of People vs. Abhishek Gattani. I apologize that my statement is a bit long but I've been effectively silenced since the day I married Abhishek and now throughout these criminal court proceedings and this is my one and only chance to speak … so please bear with me.

First I’d like to bring to your attention a few facts, which I feel, have not been considered in this case while coming up with the plea deal granted to and accepted by Mr. Gattani.

I had been married to Abhishek Gattani for 10 years, and being battered by him for the entire duration. He hit me, multiple times during each incident on my face, arms, head, belly, pulled my hair and abused me and called me a bitch, whore, slut, bastard and much more in my language.

Towards the last 4 years of our marriage he brainwashed me into admitting that I was a complete disgrace to him and the family we built and that if he was in my place, he would commit suicide out of shame, in other words telling me to commit suicide. He also started to threaten to kill me and when I expressed fear or feeling unsafe with him he called it “my self inflicted depression”.

He was probably a few days away from killing me when I got out of this dangerous and abusive marriage – I had started getting my will done, my life insurance done, in other words started to prepare our child’s future once he kills me. I even mentioned to him that what if this happen to our child if this happens and he said “I will not leave you, I will kill you and then kill myself, our child (not mentioning her name here) is collateral damage”. Abhishek – she is NOT collateral damage - She is the best thing that happened between us and will remain so.

2. Finally on 1st July 2016, I reported abuse to the authorities. Abhishek Gattani was arrested once before on 30 November 2013, as he was beating me punching me in the head and grabbing me from the neck, out in the open (on the street) when our mailman reported his abuse. He was convicted for this violence against me in this very court in 2014.

His first arrest on felony battery charge was reduced to misdemeanor – disturbing the peace on account of POSSIBLE immigration consequences.

The same reason being given by his defense attorney Mr. Paez (who I hired for Abhishek during the first case), this time around to enable reduction and leniency in the plea deal offered to this serial aggressor. I helped Abhishek escape a harsher punishment, because, being from India, I did not know better, I did not understand the American criminal justice system and above all I hoped like a fool that this might bring some change in him.

3. He was also required to take a 52-week anger management class as part of his previous sentence.

4. This time around there is evidence in the form of audio and video clips which clearly show and prove that Abhishek was hitting me (repetitively hitting me on the face and body), there are videos of him threatening to stab me 45 times and many of these videos show this abuse towards and happening in the presence of our then 2.5 year old child. There is also evidence in the form of pictures of bruises obtained from these beatings. There is also evidence of his parents confirming (over a video recording) to his physical abuse against them (both father and mother) as well as Abhishek’s younger sister.

5. Abhishek and I have a now ~3.5 year old daughter together who has been exposed to and has been impacted from, his abusive – aggressive behavior.

YH, this is the second time his abuse towards me has been reported to the state, but it is not the second time he has committed these crimes. Our child (3.5 years now) and I have taken many years of abuse, of which 3 years of abuse post his conviction in the matter from 2013. I hoped that he could change his ways and that I could give a complete family to our child. That hope died on 30th June 2016 and I reported his violent abuse towards our daughter and me on July 1st of 2016.

In these past few months I have tried come to terms with the fact that the man I married … the father of my child … is a horrible human being, and didn't deserve my care or respect or love and now, he doesn’t deserve another second of my mental space given the 10 years I have already wasted on him. He was a mistake and now I need to move on... but I find it difficult to move on when I feel wronged by the DA's office and this court. Honestly I feel fooled not just by a convicted criminal, aggressor, wife beater, batterer, that I unfortunately married - the worst mistake of my life but by this court as well. With all due respect to the system... I stand FOOLED, disgraced and ridiculed as a victim.

I wanted to speak up at the last hearing as well, but I was told today is the right time to do so. Honestly I am not sure why is it so, as it seems it's all done... what's the point of me speaking up now?

I get heard to be ignored? to be told that the system understands the abuse and the impact it has had on our child and me but sorry it is what it is. I was told no jail, no classes, no penalties can change Mr Gattani.

Is this the faith the DA’s office and the court have in the justice being provided in this court? Is that the reason for leniency in such cases? Have we given up on justice? Is that the thinking behind giving him a charge which honestly doesn’t add up to his crime AT ALL?

I am no attorney but I can read and understand English. When I look up the charge: Felony – Accessory after the fact it means: Someone who assisted another 1) who has committed a felony, 2) after the person has committed the felony, 3) with knowledge that the person committed the felony, and 4) with the intent to help the person avoid arrest or punishment.

Please help me understand how is this a charge appropriate to the crimes he has himself admitted to in this very court. By taking the plea deal he has admitted to hitting me, he has admitted to threatening to kill me, he has admitted that he hit me and mentally tortured me throughout my pregnancy and his abuse resulted in me making multiple trips to the ER even as late as 8 months into my pregnancy.

Please advise me how does accessory after the fact apply to a criminal like him? Who was he assisting while torturing me … who is that criminal, because if it wasn’t him shouldn’t this court be searching for that person. Please let me assure you as a victim of his abuse, you need to look no further – HE did it. His charge should be Felony – battery with the intent to harm if not kill.

The second charge on him is a “Misdemeanor – offensive touching”? I didn’t even need to look this one up, as it made me laugh when then I realized that I was laughing at myself, I was the joke here. “Offensive touching!!!”

Please explain me is it offensive touching when a 8 month pregnant women is beaten and then forced to stand for the entire night by her husband, is it offensive touching when a mother nursing her 6 day old child is slapped on her face by her husband because he thinks she is not latching properly with the child, is it offensive touching when a women is flung to the floor and repetitively kicked in her belly, is it offensive touching when a women is slapped 9 times by her husband until she agrees to everything he is saying and then gets hit again for not agreeing with it sooner … is it offensive touching - I call it terrorism … That’s how I felt – terrorized and controlled held hostage by the fear of pain, humiliation and assault on my being and my daughter’s.

I feel disgraced by the charges – 3 years of abuse towards our child and 10 years of abuse towards me has equated to 15 days of his life in jail.

The system has shown me that concerns over Abhishek’s immigration status has completely trampled rights of my daughter and my own. How is it that this is the second time he has been convicted of Domestic Violence and this is the charge.

Between the prosecution and defense, I've been marginalized and honestly insulted. What I have suffered at Abhishek's hands has become insignificant in favor of considerations for Abhishek's job, immigration status. What about our child, what about me? We both experienced domestic violence from Abhishek, yet our voices cannot reach the authorities.

The plea deal given to him is not punishment for his doings rather an encouragement for continuing his ways, with just one lesson to be learnt by him – to keep it under the covers next time and that he should silence the next victim and not just control her. He was shown leniency by this court in his previous case, but the same shown this time around, stands no basis. Seriously, how many chances does a grown up, educated, CEO of a tech startup need to understand that he is not to hit anyone or else he will have consequences like going to jail, or even being deported.

This person preys on the mere perception of weakness and that’s what the system is exhibiting today.

Multiple times in the past, Mr Gattani would come back home from Cuberon, his startup, after having an argument with his co-founder and tell me, “you and my co-founder (who shall remain unnamed) are the same – lazy, empty promise makers, Positive fools, with no results. I can’t trust him.” Mr Gattani, had the same remarks about friends and even successful, accomplished people as the main investors in his very startup just because they would show empathy and not aggression when approaching a challenging situation, calling them free loaders and lucky by being at the right place at the right time.

Who is the free loader today if not him, and who is offering this leniency – the judicial system. This to him isn’t equality or rights but sign of weakness, which he takes advantage of. He has physically and mentally tortured his parents, his sister, his wife and now his 2.5 yr old daughter too – all because he looked at our values and morals and care for him as a sign of weakness, which he could misuse.

He named our strength as our weakness and continuously took advantage of it. He will do the same here and I stand terrified of the consequences of that as a mother, as again a future victim and for all those who he would prey on in the times to come.

I am appalled by the sentence he is getting.

I believe justice will come to him, if not through this court then by God's decree on account of his doings but I do stand disappointed here as a law abiding citizen of the most powerful country in the world, feeling unprotected and ridiculed by a CRIMINAL… who is here pleading guilty for the same crimes committed against the same victim in just 3 years of the first REPORTED incident while ON probation.

The reason I speak out now, is that, no anger management classes can help a man who doesn’t think he did anything wrong when he HIT and ABUSED others to control them, once someone escapes their guilt the only thing that stops them is serious consequences – which is a rightful conviction. I see that the defense council has requested his felony charge to be reduced to a misdemeanor in the future. This is the same criminal who has already fooled the system for 3 years after being convicted for the same crimes. I can almost confirm he will do the same again.

I believe in God and I will pray that we don't come back here in this very situation because this court was lenient with this convicted felon with a criminal history... I pray that I am proven wrong as peace is cheap at such cost... but if I am proven right this moment will stand very dark and very heavy in the minds of all of us who could have done something to stop that from happening.

I don’t understand the legal proceedings but I do seriously object to his request for getting to serve county jail post completion of the 5 month sheriff’s program. Is this a joke?.

This criminal is asking for a chance to wrap up his business???? Really are we enrolling him in a spa of giving him a punishment for abusing his wife and child for 10 years.

We are looking for the convenience of this felon who forced me multiple times to resign from my job (all recorded and provided as evidence) or else he will continue his abuse in front of our then 2.5-year-old child and not allow her to go to sleep … this leniency for a person of his morals and virtues?

I cannot articulate my despair at this treatment of his crimes. It’s as if we are giving him a slap on his wrist because he got caught … this is barely any consequence for him for ruining the childhood of our daughter and the 10 best years of my life.

I believe you as the judge in this case have the power to rethink what is being given away here in the name of equal rights. Rights come with consequences too.

I believe you have the power to stop any further leniency then already being given to him by the DA’s office. I believe you have the power to restore some faith in my heart that I wasn’t completely made a fool of, by this criminal and the judicial system.

I request you the following:

1. no jail credits are given to him and he serves full sentence of 30 days in county jail (CJ),

2. he be arrested today and made to serve his CJ sentence from right now; and

3. his Felony charge NEVER be reduced to a misdemeanor.

I request this to you knowing fully well that YOU have the power to do so. Rest, please do what you think is right and would help you sleep tonight.
Once again, thank you for this opportunity to state the facts and voice my disappointment. Thank you for listening to me everyone."

Charlie Sheen's Wife 911 Call..."I'll Kill You!"

Police: Mueller Says Sheen Threatened To Kill Her

The plot sickens.

Charlie Sheen held wife Brooke Mueller down on their bed and threatened to kill her if she told anybody about his bad behavior, according to an arrest warrant affidavit released today to E! News detailing what Mueller told police after the Christmas Day incident with her husband.

Read the Police report here.

Sheen became enraged when Mueller told him she wanted a divorce and would take their children away, states the report filed by responding officer Rick Magnuson of the Aspen Police Department. (Mueller talked to a female officer at the scene, who relayed her statements to Magnuson.)

When Mueller said this, Sheen straddled her on the bed and grabbed the upper part of her throat, she told police, adding that he then put a knife to her throat and said, "You better be in fear. If you tell anybody, I'll kill you."

And his alleged comments get nastier.

"Your mother's money means nothing, I have ex-police I can hire who know how to get the job done and they won't leave any trace," Sheen continued, according to Mueller.

Mueller told the police that she feared for her life and that Sheen only let her up when she apologized, telling him, "You're right, you're right, you're right. I'm sorry, I love you."

The 32-year-old mother of twins had red marks on her neck that Mueller said were caused when Sheen held her down, the report continues.

While the female cop was questioning Mueller, Magnuson was busy with Sheen, who is referred to throughout the report by his given name, Carlos Irwin Estevez.

Magnuson states that Mueller, who had called 911, was in the kitchen and Sheen was upstairs when he first arrived at their home.

Once he got ahold of Sheen, the actor told the cop that Mueller had been "abusing alcohol" and that the two had been having marital problems.

Sheen told Magnuson that Mueller was jealous of his relationship with a daughter he fathered with someone else and that their latest argument started when he "shared a song for his daughter."

Their "predominantly verbal" scuffle escalated and both slapped each other's arm during the fight, Sheen said. Mueller "irately" threatened to divorce him and take the kids, and at some point he grabbed her eyeglasses off her face and snapped them in two, the actor admitted.

Per the report, Sheen denies ever threatening his wife with a knife or strangling her.

Once he had seen the weapon, a folding knife with a 4-inch blade, and talked to Mueller, Magnuson put Sheen under arrest.

The Two and a Half Men star was booked on suspicion of menacing and second-degree assault, both felonies, as well as misdemeanor criminal mischief.

He posted $8,500 bail that night, and a routine order of protection was issued mandating that Sheen stay away from Mueller and not try to contact her.

Sheen is due in court Feb. 8 to face the rap if prosecutors opt to press charges.

Mary J. Blige, Kendu Isaacs Fight Video From NY Post

Mary J. Blige Hauls Off On Husband

Mary J. Blige punched husband Kendu Isaacs in the face at her record release party at club M2 Tuesday night.

The singer slugged Isaacs, drawing blood, after she thought he was flirting with a waitress.

"She turned to him and was screaming, 'You're not going to ruin my night,' " our witness says.

"They got up in each other's faces before someone tried to separate them, at which point she shoved the guy aside, pulled back and popped [Isaacs] in the face."

The source said Blige, Isaacs and their entourage were whisked through a door to the attached club Pink, which was closed.

Our witness relates, "She was yelling at him, 'What are you gonna do, Chris Brown me?' Four of her bodyguards and two of the club's kept them apart."

Isaacs was kicked out.

Blige went to the bathroom to fix her hair and makeup, but soon fled, creating an uncomfortable scene for partygoers Jay-Z, Beyoncé and Busta Rhymes.

Her rep said only, "People lie and don't know what they're talking about."

"Don't Pull a Chris Brown Stunt" Mary J. Blige Warns Hubby After Smacking Him

Hip-Hop diva Mary J. Blige smacked her husband for checking out a waitress at her CD release party this week and warned him, "You ain't going Chris Brown on me," witnesses said.

The "No More Drama" songstress lashed out at hubby Kendu Isaacs at the Tuesday night party at the M2 Ultra lounge in Chelsea, witnesses said.

One party goer told the Daily News that the 38-year-old Grammy winner flew into a jealous rage because Isaacs was paying too much attention to a waitress at the club.

"Mary hauled off and smacked him," the source said.

Blige then warned Isaacs not to even think about retaliating. "She said, 'You ain't going to go Chris Brown on me, are you?'" according to a source.

Brown beat up ex-girlfriend Rihanna in June after she caught him reading a text from an old flame. The now-infamous incident led to Brown pleading guilty to felony assault charges.

Blige, who is promoting her new album "Stronger With Each Tear," denied Wednesday night that the incident with her husband took place.

"They're as happy as can be," spokeswoman Karynne Tencer said. "They're spending the holidays together with their three children. Everything's great."

A friend of Blige suggested that some "haters" at the club may have "misunderstood a joke Mary and Kendu were sharing."

Chris Henry NFL WR Dies Following Domestic Dispute

Police: Bengals WR Henry dead at 26

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry died early Thursday morning, according to a report on the Charlotte Observer Web site.

Police said Henry, who suffered severe injuries when he "came out" of the back of a pickup truck during a domestic dispute in northern Charlotte, died at 6:36 a.m. at Carolinas Medical Center.

A cause of death has not been released.

On Wednesday, Henry was found in the road about eight miles north of downtown Charlotte "apparently suffering life-threatening injuries," according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg police. Henry was transported to Carolinas Medical Center, the local trauma unit.

Police said a dispute began at a home just before noon and Henry jumped into the bed of the pickup truck as his unidentified fiancee was driving away from the residence.

"The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry," the police said in a statement. "At some point while she was driving, Mr. Henry came out of the back of the vehicle."

Fey wouldn't name the woman and said no charges would be filed on Wednesday.

Henry was found on a residential street about a half mile away from the home when police were called to the scene after a medic report that a man was down.

A woman who identified herself as the fiancee's mother but declined to give her name told the Charlotte Observer that Henry and his fiancee had been staying at her house while he was on injured reserve and they were making plans for their wedding.

She said she wasn't home at the time of the dispute and wasn't sure exactly what happened, but she said her daughter is at Henry's bedside at the hospital.

Henry was engaged to Loleini Tonga, and the couple has been raising three children.

Neighbor Karen Clanton said the Tonga family lives in the house where the police say the incident began, adding that she didn't witness it and that "they're nice folks."

Henry broke his left forearm during a win over Baltimore on Nov. 8, had surgery and was placed on season-ending injured reserve. Charlotte is home to his fiancee's parents, the Bengals said.

Brown said Rusty Guy, the Bengals' director of security, will travel to Charlotte this morning to assist Henry's family.

Henry was in the final year of his contract with the Bengals, who let him go after his fifth arrest following the 2007 season. Owner Mike Brown then brought him back a few months later, signing him to a two-year deal. Henry had stayed out of trouble since his return, turning into a feel-good story that got fans rooting for him.

“Chris is Chris. He’s personable with his guys, but quiet,” left tackle Andrew Whitworth said on the Bengals' Web site Wednesday. “You could tell he missed being out there with us. He was supportive. He’s a big part of what we are. I really admire how he carries himself, how he's changed his life, and how he's made his career his passion. That’s what this team has done. He's one of the guys that has helped give this team that attitude. We’re worried about him and praying for him.”

In an interview with The Cincinnati Enquirer in October, Henry credited his fiancee for helping him straighten out his life, saying, "She's been a big help. She's been right here with me and going through things and helping out on my side. We have the kids, and she has my back with everything I've needed."

From the start, his career has been sidetracked by off-the-field problems.

Henry repeatedly got in trouble at West Virginia, where former Mountaineers coach Rich Rodriguez told him that he was an embarrassment to himself and the program.

Most teams shied away from Henry in the 2005 draft. Cincinnati was the only one that brought him in for a visit, and warned him that he had to stay out of trouble if he was going to make it in the NFL. Then, the Bengals drafted him in the third round.

His ability to run past defenders made him an integral part of the Bengals' run to the playoffs in 2005. He caught Carson Palmer's only pass in a playoff loss to Pittsburgh — both of them were hurt on the play.

His rookie season also marked the beginning of his problems in the NFL. He was arrested for marijuana possession in December 2005, and again on a weapons charge a month later in Florida. He was arrested four times in all, drawing repeated suspensions - two games in 2006, the first half of the 2007 season — for violating the league's conduct policy.

When he was arrested for a fifth time after the 2007 season, the Bengals released Henry. Over the objection of coach Marvin Lewis, Brown changed his mind and gave Henry another chance, offering a two-year contract before the 2008 season began.

After serving a four-game suspension to start the 2008 season, he returned and caught 19 passes in the last 12 games, becoming an afterthought in the offense. He spent the offseason getting in shape and working out so he could become a top receiver again. He impressed coaches and teammates with his newfound determination to resurrect his career.

Before the start of the season, he got a tattoo that said "Blessed" below his left ear, a reminder that he's gotten plenty of extra chances.

"I don't live the way I did in the past," Henry said, in an interview with The Associated Press during training camp. "I kind of plan my days out and take it one day at a time and stay away from the wrong people. I'm not partying anymore. I'm just focused on football right now and my family. I don't associate with the same people. I've completely changed everything."

A thigh injury limited him early in the season. He had 12 catches for 236 yards and a pair of touchdowns before he broke his arm.

Tiger's Alleged Groupie Scorecard: 6 (Sex Addict)...How Many More?

Three more transgressions, Tiger? Golfer's list of 'conquests' rises to six

Tiger Woods's scorecard of extramarital affairs rose to a total of six last night after three more women were claimed to have shared his bed.

A Florida waitress and a Las Vegas model told over the weekend of their torrid relationships with the billionaire golfer.

A blonde Manhattan nightclubber, Cori Rist, 31, was added last night to the list of those with whom the married father of two had 'transgressed'.

And it seems unlikely to stop there.

Even as they digested the latest claims yesterday, Woods and his team of advisers were bracing themselves for yet more revelations from as yet unidentified women.

There were strong rumours last night of a dalliance with a seventh woman, a porn star, and there has even been speculation that the trail of shame will lead to this side of the Atlantic with claims of a fling with a British TV presenter.

Miss Rist declined to comment last night on claims by the New York Daily News that she has been secretly seeing Woods since they met last year at a Manhattan club. But the two other alleged mistresses to emerge over the weekend showed no such reticence.

Waitress Mindy Lawton, 33, spoke out to describe how she conducted a torrid affair with the golfer under his wife's nose.

And the former boyfriend of blonde model Jamie Jungers, 26, said she had slept with Woods repeatedly over a two-year period.

Both women described tawdry affairs in which they were used for sex - and then discarded.

Their revelations further damage Woods's carefully-constructed image as a dedicated - even boring - professional sportsman and family man.

Representatives of his numerous sponsors - which include Nike, Gillette and Pepsi - have contacted the star to demand he act to extinguish the flames of bad publicity.

But Woods himself appears to be stunned into inaction: he has reportedly fled the family home in Orlando, Florida, to escape the media glare. His representatives refuse to comment.

The explosion of sexual revelations was sparked just over a week ago when Woods crashed his car outside his home in the early hours of the morning.

At first the golfer denied allegations that he had rowed with his Swedish wife, Elin, 29. But when details about an affair with glamorous New York party organiser Rachel Uchitel, 34, started to emerge, he made a limited public apology.

While he refrained from explicitly admitting infidelity, he did confess to 'personal sins' and said: 'I regret those transgressions with all of my heart.'

Two more women - cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, 24, and Las Vegas club promoter Kalika Moquin, 27, then told how they too had affairs with Woods.

As well as revealing Woods's predatory modus operandi, Mindy Lawton's testimony also gave an indication of how his alleged philandering was kept secret for so long.

It has been claimed that an American tabloid magazine, having gathered irrefutable evidence of his affair with Miss Lawton, was persuaded not to print by Woods's management team, who in exchange granted an exclusive interview with the golfer to the tabloid's sister magazine.

And last week it was claimed that Woods's management offered Rachel Uchitel $1million to cancel a press conference she had planned to give on the topic, claims which surfaced again yesterday.

Yesterday another, as yet unnamed, girlfriend tried to explain Woods's action, telling the Mail on Sunday: 'His big problem is, ironically, insecurity. He has never felt particularly attractive.

'From the age of four or five he was destined to be a golfing legend but no one told him how to be a man.

'He married the dream girl, had the perfect family, but couldn't feel satisfied with that. He's not a happy man.'

She added: 'He was caught once and got away with it. He thought he could get away with it for ever.'

Woods married Elin Nordegren in 2004 after they were introduced by the Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, who had employed her as an au pair.

Parnevik has said: 'I really feel sorry for Elin - since me and my wife were at fault for hooking her up with him. We probably thought he was a better guy than he is.'

Elin is reported to have been offered £50million to stand by her husband and help salvage his tattered image. She could expect a £200million settlement if they divorce.

Mindy Lawton, 33, was almost outed as Tiger Woods mistress two years ago.

But the relationship between the £5-an-hour waitress and the billionaire golfer was covered up as part of a deal between 'Team Tiger' and the U.S. magazine Men's Fitness.

It agreed to keep the lid on the alleged affair in return for an exclusive interview with Woods.

Yesterday, however, all the salacious details of Woods's supposed fling with Miss Lawton appeared in Sunday newspapers.

Unlike the other women identified as part of Woods's harem, who hailed from Las Vegas and New York, Miss Lawton lived much closer to home in Orlando, Florida.

She claimed to have had sex with Woods at his mansion and while the golfer's wife was pregnant. 'Sometimes I looked like a rag doll after we'd made love,' she was quoted as saying by the News of the World. 'He really did like it quite rough.

'He wanted to spank me and loved pulling my hair as we had sex. He also liked me to talk dirty to him, but hair-pulling was what really turned him on.

'I realise now that all he wanted me for was sex. The only time he would call was when he wanted it. Tiger just used me as his sex toy. I thought I meant something to him, but all he cared about was lust. He is a selfish, heartless man.'

Despite his enormous wealth, she said Woods was not generous. 'He did not buy me anything, not even a meal.'

She also claimed his marriage was unhappy. 'I did not ask him about her, but I got the impression that he was not happy and the marriage was sexless.'

She added that Woods stopped calling after his wife gave birth to their first child, who is now two. The couple also now have a ten-month-old baby.

The blonde clubber

Cori Rist, 31, was remaining tight-lipped last night on claims that she was secretly involved with the golfer.

A source told the New York Daily News that Woods flew the blonde beauty to meet up with him at tournaments.

They reportedly met at Manhattan's trendy Butter club last year.

'They went on to another party,' a source told the Daily News. 'One thing led to another and, pretty soon, Tiger was flying her to hook up with him on tour.

'Tiger would typically get a large suite at a hotel. Someone would book Cori an adjacent room, so she would-n't be seen coming into his room. He would get a presidential suite. It was the ultimate in luxury. The trouble is, he never wanted to leave the room. He didn't want to risk anyone seeing them together.'

Miss Rist eventually grew tired of the deception.

'After about six months of this, she started to get tired of being cooped up,' said the source. 'She felt like a bird in a gilded cage.'

The paper also quotes a friend of Woods who recalled being introduced to Miss Rist. 'I remember she was quite attractive,' he said.

Confronted with the allegations over the weekend, Miss Rist replied: 'No comment. Not at this time.'

The model engaged to a Woods fanatic

Jamie Jungers, 26, was allegedly seduced by Woods nine months after his marriage to Elin Nordegren.

The golfer reportedly picked up the model at a party in Las Vegas and conducted an on-off relationship with her lasting 18 months.

The blonde, who bears a striking resemblance to Woods's wife, was herself engaged to be married at the time she was meeting the golfer for sex.

Miss Jungers did not personally admit the affair in a Sunday newspaper, which quoted her former fiancé, businessman Derek Schmidt, a golf fan who used to idolise Woods.

But according to the well-connected RadarOnline website in the U.S., the model was behind the bid to profit from her story by hawking it to the highest bidder.

'She did not want to be quoted directly but was directly involved in making it public,' said the site.

Her relationship with Woods is said to have begun when he sent a message to ask her to join him and his entourage at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas in July 2005.

'He immediately started hitting on her and telling her she was beautiful,' said Mr Schmidt, 28.

Miss Jungers is said to have been flattered enough by Woods's attentions to go back to his £3,000-a-night suite at the MGM Grand Mansion hotel where they had 'passionate sex', said the newspaper.

Mr Schmidt said that over the following months, his fiancee made a number of trips to California to see the golfer.

'I was a massive Tiger Woods fan. I had Tiger Woods memorabilia all over my house and even collected Tiger Woods videos.

'On the night Jamie met him for the first time, I had just bought the new Tiger Woods computer game. She showed me Tiger's number and we both called it. I still remember his answer machine message. It said, "You've called the right person at the wrong time. Please leave a message".'

Mr Schmidt added: 'I think Tiger is a great competitor on the golf course, but away from it he is a horrible person.'

And is there a British connection to come out of the woodwork?

As the number of women linked to Tiger Woods's infidelities continues to grow, rumours are increasing that it will lead to a British connection.

Although the women named so far are all American, it is strongly expected that the list of lovers will increase.

And since he has been a regular visitor to Britain because of his busy playing schedule, it seemed a strong possibility that someone on this side of the Atlantic had fallen for his charms.

According to the Sun, there are claims that Woods had enjoyed a fling with a well-known female British television presenter.

It quoted a source as saying: 'He would hook up with her when he went to the UK. She's really sexy and very well known. A good friend of mine told me about it years ago.'

The source, said to be a sports marketing executive who had known Woods for years, added: 'Both will be hoping this one doesn't come out. It will take the scandal to a new level.'

The claim was furiously denied yesterday by the woman in question, who insisted there was no truth in what was being claimed.

Woods has been visiting Britain for the Open championship since 1995. He first won it in 2000, and triumphed again in 2005 and 2006.

He had played in 13 consecutive Opens when he was forced to pull out through injury in 2008.

Woods was again here earlier this year for the tournament at Turnberry, where he failed to make the cut for the first time.

He has also played in the World Match Play Championship, held at Wentworth.

Woods also played in the 2002 Ryder Cup at the Belfry in Warwickshire as well as visiting the UK for commercial purposes.

(The Daily Beast) New Details on Tiger's Prenup

The Daily Beast has learned exclusively that the beleaguered golfer is negotiating an immediate $5 million payout to his wife—and revising her prenup to give her as much as $55 million more to stay with him two more years.

Traditionally it’s a divorce that makes a financial dent for a wealthy athlete like Tiger Woods. But it appears that in Tiger’s case, it’s going to cost him to stay with his wife, Elin Nordegren, the mother of their two children.

In a statement Wednesday, Tiger said, “I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart.” Words are evidently not enough to mollify Elin: The Daily Beast has learned the details of what it’s costing Tiger to keep his marriage intact. A lawyer familiar with the hastily conducted negotiations of the past 72 hours said that as of Wednesday evening Elin has been offered a $5 million payment immediately if she agrees to stay—and her prenuptial agreement is being revised to give her up to an additional $55 million.

When the couple married on Oct. 5, 2004, at the Sandy Lane resort in Barbados, Elin signed a prenuptial agreement reportedly worth $20 million after 10 years of marriage, not considered a large payout for someone who was already as successful as Tiger by then. (The tightlipped Woods camp, almost obsessive about releasing any personal information after Tiger’s blundering interviews with GQ in 1997, has never acknowledged the existence of the first prenup, although it’s been widely reported).

But in light of a string of women coming forward to say they had affairs with Tiger since his marriage, Elin has demanded that the prenup be rewritten, Chicago Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker reported Wednesday. “The links legend’s spouse is reportedly being paid a hefty seven-figure amount—immediately transferred [sic] into an account she alone controls—to stick with her husband,” Zwecker wrote. “At this point, the couple needed to remain married for 10 years in order for Woods’ wife to collect a splitsville settlement of $20 million. I’m being told that time frame has been shortened—and the dollar amount increased ‘substantially.’”

The lawyer familiar with the couple’s negotiations told The Daily Beast that Tiger also has agreed to shorten the original prenup to seven years from the date of marriage, meaning it will vest in another two. And the revised agreement provides for a staggered schedule of payments spread out over five years that could be worth upward of $75 million. So for Elin to collect $80 million, she’ll need to stay with Tiger another seven years, be a dutiful wife in showing up with him at social events and in public as if they were still the perfect couple, and sign a nondisclosure form that will prevent her from ever telling her story. Even if she lasts only two more years, she’ll still walk away with nearly twice what she was entitled to under the original prenup.

Tiger’s advisers, who have successfully gotten the couple into counseling sessions, believe that keeping the marriage intact will help Tiger keep his corporate sponsors and bolster his dented image. Elin is herself considered a good asset. She’s never been a publicity hound or used her marriage to make money through self-help books, lecture series, or QVC makeup and jewelry lines. Rather, she’s just maintained a low profile and dedicated herself to being a spouse and mother. As opposed to some other celebrities, like Tom Cruise or Angelina Jolie, Elin has never pushed her kids into the public eye. So, now, if she is persuaded to stay, she knows little will be the same. Her quiet life is finished. A Los Angeles-based paparazzo told me that a photo of Elin and the children would fetch $250,000. Some agencies are offering $100,000 just for tips that pay off with photos.

There’s a price to having a life turned upside down in the public eye. That’s what the couple is hammering out now. Since Tiger Inc. is in crisis, it’s likely she will accept a deal rather than allow her anger and sense of humiliation to prevail. The Woods camp is about to pull off the most expensive “stand by your man” stand ever. (Attempts for any comment from the Woods camp were not successful).

(Herald Sun) Tiger Woods faces $300m divorce payout if marriage ends

TIGER Woods is staring at a $300 million payout if his marriage breaks down after another alleged mistress came out of the woodwork yesterday.

Reports last night said Woods' wife, Swedish model Elin Nordegren, has a huge prenuptial agreement that would make it the most expensive celebrity divorce in history.

Overwhelmed by evidence of multiple extramartial affairs, the superstar golfer admitted to "transgressions" that had hurt his wife and children and ruined his public image, the Herald Sun reports.

The admission came as another nightclub hostess, Kalika Moquin, 27, alleged a seven-month affair with Woods.

A picture obtained by celebrity website TMZ showed him in a Las Vegas nightclub at 1.30am on October 4 with a woman who was not his wife.

Woods and Nordegren were having intensive marriage counselling sessions yesterday, with a record divorce payout at stake.

Michael Jordan holds that record with his wife, Juanita, receiving an estimated $150 million settlement.

Greg Norman is not far behind with a $128 million payout to his wife of three decades, Laura Andrassy.

It also emerged yesterday that New York party girl Rachel Uchitel, who stayed at Crown during Woods' Melbourne visit last month, was there as the billionaire's guest.

In another twist, sources revealed Woods burned the candle at both ends at Crown, hitting the tables in private gaming suites at the top of the Crown Towers Hotel.

Woods abandoned the Masters gala dinner, where he was the guest of honour, to join US friends in the gambling session. He left his mum Kutilda to dine alone with Premier John Brumby.

A humble Woods did not respond to specific allegations yesterday, but admitted he had brought shame on his family.

"I have let my family down and I regret those transgressions with all of my heart," he said.

"I have not been true to my values and the behaviour my family deserves.

"I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect."

Woods, 33, posted the extraordinary admission on his website amid mounting proof of his philandering with women he met in nightclubs from New York to Las Vegas.

The most damning evidence was a voicemail message recorded two days before last weekend's car crash that exposed his torrid private life.

A man believed to be Woods is heard telling LA cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs, 24, to expect an angry phone call from his wife.

"Hey, it's, uh, it's Tiger. I need you to do a huge favour. Can you please take your name off your phone? My wife went through my phone and may be calling you."

A nervous-sounding Woods ends the message with: "Do this for me. Huge. Quickly."

Grubbs, a reality TV contestant, claimed a 31-month romance with Woods.

His sponsors - including Nike, Gatorade and Gillette - are sticking by Woods.

And Mr Brumby said he'd welcome him back to defend his Australian Masters title next year.

But golf was the last thing on Wood's mind yesterday as he and his wife bunkered down in their Florida mansion with marriage counselors.
