MALEAH DAVIS, 4, RAPED & MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD BY HER MONSTER STEP-FATHER DARION VENCE (MALEAH’S LAW):

DARION VENCE DISPOSED OF MALEAH IN A TRASH BAG....HE SHOULD RECEIVE THE DEATH PENALTY.

BOTH CPS & MALEAH’S MOTHER BRITTANY BOWENS ARE TO BLAME FOR HER MURDER.

WHY DID CPS RETURN MALEAH & HER BROTHER FOLLOWING EVIDENCE OF SUBSTANTIATED SERIOUS ABUSE FOUND IN THE HOME??

WHAT KIND OF HEAD INJURY CAUSED MALEAH TO HAVE MULTIPLE BRAIN SURGERIES?

CONGRESS (BOTH PARTIES) NEEDS TO AUDIT & OVERHAUL CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY IN EVERY STATE & WASHINGTON DC.

CONGRESS SHOULD ALSO CREATE NEW CPS LEGISLATION ENTITLED “MALEAH’S LAW”.

PLEASE FIRE MOST BLACK CPS SUPERVISORS AND REPLACE THEM WITH WHITE WOMEN.

YES I SAID WHAT I SAID.

DON’T LET MALEAH’S PREMATURE DEATH BE IN VAIN.

***** Dogs detect human decomposition in car of man arrested in case of missing girl Maleah Davis, 4

Trained dogs detected the scent of human decomposition in the car of a man arrested in connection with the puzzling disappearance of Maleah Davis, 4, outside Houston, a prosecutor said.

Derion Vence was in jail Sunday on a $1 million bond after he was arrested Saturday and charged with tampering with evidence – a human corpse. Vence is set to appear in court Monday.

Vence, 26, lived with Maleah’s mother, Brittany Bowens, and is believed to be the last person to see the girl before her disappearance more than a week ago.

Houston police said Maleah has not been found and the investigation is continuing. Authorities have declined to say whether they believe Vence killed the girl, but prosecutors said in court documents filed Saturday that Vence could face additional charges, including murder.

Police have said blood found in Vence’s apartment was linked to Maleah.

Vence initially told police he was assaulted by three men in a truck after stopping for a flat tire on the way to pick up Bowens at the airport on the night of May 4.

Vence said Maleah and his 2-year-old son were with him and they were all abducted by the three men, who knocked him unconscious.

When he came to the next day in Sugar Land, about 20 miles southwest of Houston, the girl was missing, Vence told police. He also said the Nissan Altima he was driving was stolen.

Police said surveillance video showed Vence getting dropped off at Methodist Sugar Land Hospital in the silver Altima last Sunday.

Police found the car in a parking lot Thursday.

At Vence’s probable cause court hearing Saturday night, Harris County prosecutor Pat Stayton said two dogs trained to find cadavers reacted to the trunk of the car.

“The dogs were responding to the scent of human decomposition in the vehicle,” Stayton said.

Surveillance video from a neighbor had shown Vence carrying a large, blue laundry basket with a large trash bag from his apartment on May 3, Stayton said. Vence returned three minutes later without the basket and later he was seen leaving the apartment with cleaning supplies, including bleach.

In the car, police found a laundry basket that looked like the one Vence took out of his apartment, Stayton said.

Police have described Vence as Maleah’s stepfather, but Bowens said through a spokesman that Vence is her former fiancé.

Child Protective Services removed Maleah and her brothers from the home Vence and Bowens shared in August after the girl sustained a head wound, but the children were returned in February, according to an agency spokeswoman.

The Houston Chronicle reported that Maleah’s grandmother, Brenda Bowens, had tried to get the kids placed at her home instead of in foster care when Child Protective Services conducted an investigation starting in August.

******* MISSING GIRL
MALEAH DAVIS' STEPDAD CHANGED STORY WHILE REPORTING HER MISSING:

The stepfather of missing 4-year-old Maleah Davis originally told officers he was attacked while checking his tire over the weekend. But Sugar Land police say his story changed multiple times when they questioned him.

According to police, Darion Vence showed up at Sugar Land Methodist Hospital on Saturday night, where an off-duty officer noticed fresh wounds on him. Vence claimed to be the victim of a roadside attack by three Hispanic suspects the day before while on his way to pick up the girl's mother from Bush Intercontinental Airport.

Police also initially stated Vence was with Maleah and his 1-year-old son when he was left unconscious. He stated that he regained consciousness late Saturday afternoon on the side of Highway 6 near First Colony Mall. His son was with him but Maleah was not.

Vence's son is in the care of a relative while authorities and Texas EquuSearch combed the surrounding area for the missing girl.

On Wednesday, the Sugar Land Police Department revealed the original story had changed while Vence was questioned.

"During the initial interview, the man's story did change several times and some of what he told us just didn't add up," said Doug Adolph, the spokesperson for Sugar Land police.

Houston police took command of the investigation since the attack reportedly happened in the city limits.

SLPD also revealed the family's silver Nissan Altima, which was reported stolen after the attack on Vence, was seen driving around Sugar Land at 3 p.m. Saturday, just several hours before he told police that he regained consciousness.

So far, Vence is not facing any charges, and police have not considered him a suspect in Maleah's disappearance.

On Tuesday, Maleah's biological father, Craig Davis, spoke for the first time since the search began to ABC13 Eyewitness News. He said he wanted to speak directly with Vence about what happened.

"I'm not putting the blame on anybody," Craig said. "I just need the questions that aren't answered to be answered. There are so many unanswered questions. It's not for the public to answer to them for me. It's not for the police to answer them for me. It's not for the news to answer them for me. It's for Darion to answer for me."

Earlier this week, ABC13 learned the little girl, along with two of her siblings, was taken from her home last August as CPS investigated her head injuries. In court documents from Jan. 25, doctors couldn't confirm whether Maleah's injuries were caused by abuse, and due to this, CPS recommended Maleah and her siblings be returned to their family. They were back home by the following month.

The family told Eyewitness News the injuries were from an accidental fall.

Wednesday marked five days since Maleah was last seen alive. Flooding from Tuesday's severe weather forced crews to suspend their search.

****** Beaming Charlize Theron appears fresh-faced as she wraps up in loose-fitting hoodie while taking son Jackson for frozen yogurt in rainy LA

She is renowned for her status as one of Hollywood's most beautiful stars.

And Charlize Theron showed off her natural good looks as she headed for a low-key outing with her six-year-old son Jackson to grab a sweet treat at Menchie's Frozen Yogurt in rainy Sherman Oaks on Tuesday.

The 42-year-old Oscar winner, who adopted Jackson in March 2012, headed out in the rain in black leggings, sliders, and a People Over Power cowl-neck hoodie - the profits of which benefit survivors of sexual exploitation.

Proving she has the off-duty mum look nailed, Charlize was a vision with her glowing fresh-faced appearance, while keeping things low-key in monochrome.

Beaming from ear-to-ear, she scraped her blonde locks into a low chignon at the nape of her neck ahead of the fro-yo date.

Charlize, who also adopted three-year-old daughter August in July 2015, recently discussed how she is grateful her kids are growing up in the age of Black Panther.
She told NBC's Access earlier this month, 'This is an incredible moment. Black Panther should've been here a long time ago. I'm so happy that I am lucky enough to be alive at this moment...

'I love that those barriers and glass ceilings are being broken. My kids are very aware of that every single day...
'And, of course for me as a mother watching that happening, I am so happy that my kids will get to watch all of that work and not have to feel so isolated.'
On Monday, Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen revealed he once yawned in the South African stunner's face during a business meeting.
'She pitched me a show and I let out a big yawn in the middle,' the 49-year-old producer said on iHeartRadio's Thrive Global podcast.

'She goes, "You are the first man to yawn in my face, I think, since I was a little girl." I'm like, "I'm sorry — I'm gay. I'm a yawner, and I'm gay."
'Trust me, I will yawn in the middle of a Housewives reunion while someone is having a mental breakdown and they break out of it and they look at me and they’re like, "Am I boring you?"'

The Golden Globe winner next produces and stars as mother-of-three Marlo who's gifted a night nanny in Tully, which hits UK theaters April 20 and US theaters May 4.

WHAT WAS CHARISSE’S MOTIVE??

WHY DID DSS/CPS RETURN THE CHILD TO CHARISSE AFTER CLEAR EVIDENCE OF ABUSE??

DSS CHILD ABUSE & ELDER ABUSE OFFICES IN FLORIDA, NORTH CAROLINA & SOUTH CAROLINA DO NOT PROTECT ABUSED CHILDREN, NOR ABUSED SENIOR CITIZENS.

WHY ISN’T THE FEDERAL OFFICE OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES DOING ANYTHING?

DON’T LET LITTLE JORDAN HAVE DIED IN VAIN.

CONGRESS NEEDS TO IMMEDIATELY ORDER AUDITS OF ALL DSS/ CPS/ ELDER ABUSE OFFICES.

**** Charisse Stinson: Mother of missing 2-year-old Largo boy admits to causing son's death, report says

LARGO, Fla. — The mother of a 2-year-old Largo boy, who was the center of a statewide Amber Alert, has been charged with murder in the death of her son.

Officers arrested 21-year-old Charisse Stinson and charged her with First Degree Murder in the death of Jordan Belliveau.

Jordan was found dead in the wooded area of Lake Avenue and McMullen Road in Largo on Tuesday afternoon.

According to an arrest affidavit written by Largo Police, Stinson admitted to causing the death of her son.

The report alleges Stinson, "in a moment of frustration," struck Jordan in the face with the back of her hand "which in turn caused the back of his head to strike an interior wall of her home. After the blow to the head, the victim suffered seizures during the night, which lead to further decline [in his health], resulting in his death."

The report goes on to state that Stinson did not seek medical help, but rather took her son to a wooded area and left him to die. Authorities say Jordan's body had injuries matching what Stinson told them happened.

According to police, initially Stinson told them that she was walking on East Bay Drive with Jordan around 9:30 p.m. Saturday when they were offered a ride in a white Toyota Camry by someone they did not know who told them his name was Antwan.

She then told police that once inside the car, "Antwan" struck her in the face multiple times, causing her to lose consciousness. She claimed that she didn’t regain consciousness until around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, when she awoke in a wooded area at Largo Central Park to find Jordan missing.

Her story prompted a statewide Amber Alert. Investigators even released a composite sketch of the alleged suspect, based on Stinson's description.

When asked why she took the ride from "Antwan," Stinson told police it was because Jordan was kind of heavy and she didn't want to have to carry him all the way to her destination.

As the search for Jordan continued, ABC Action News learned authorities were at the Stinson's apartment on Sunday picking up evidence and trying to determine when was the last time Jordan was there.

Police later told ABC Action News they discovered bloody children’s items inside of the apartment. On Monday, they took those items into evidence but said they were not certain if they were connected to Jordan’s disappearance.

Jordan’s mother told investigators her son cut his chin and recently received stitches for the injury. Detectives also took a few items of children’s clothing into evidence Tuesday which were found rolled up in a rug outside of Jordan’s mother’s apartment.

Stinson was arrested shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday and charged with First Degree Murder in the death of Jordan. She is expected to make a first appearance in court Wednesday afternoon.

ABC Action News reached out to Jordan’s father, who was too distraught to speak with us.

"I can't speak on how my brother feels because I never lost a child. I just know my brother is devoted right now," said Stephon Davis, the child's uncle. "I just want my nephew to be laid in peace and his mama and whoever involved in this, justice.”

Digging into court documents, ABC Action News discovered that Stinson and Jordan's father had a history of domestic battery. A Largo arrest report from July stated that Jordan's father drove the boy to Stinson's home, to exchange custody of Jordan. According to the report, Stinson "did not want the child yet," which caused an argument that became physical when the father punched Stinson.

The Department of Children and Families could not release any information on the case, saying in part, “The loss of this child is profoundly saddening. We are actively working with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office and the Largo Police Department during the course of their criminal investigation. Pinellas County Sheriff's Office conducts all child protective investigations in Pinellas County, not DCF.”

BLACK PEOPLE vs MENTAL ILLNESS (STIGMAS)

MOST BLACK PEOPLE PREFER TO BE CRAZY THEN TO SEEK MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT:

IN 21st CENTURY BLACK AMERICA, TREATING MENTAL ILLNESS REMAINS A STIGMA.

MANY "SECRETS" IN BLACK FAMILIES ARE ACTUALLY CRIMES (INCEST, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, CHILD ABUSE).

Sources:  Psychology Today, Atlanta Black Star, Mental Health America.net, YouTube

~ Highlights:

At least one million BLACK people in the United States suffers from some form of treatable Mental Illness.

However instead of seeking professional Mental Health treatment most BLACK people prefer to remain in a state of Psychological Delusion or Psychosis because BLACK people are supposed to be "Strong".

Thus in many BLACK communities crimes against humanity (Incest, Domestic Violence, Child Abuse) continue all in the name of "hiding family secrets".

Although ill-equipped to do so,  BLACK Churches are often Substituted for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist's couch.

***** Why African Americans Avoid Psychotherapy

~ Black people shy away from psychology's solutions to mental health problems.

African Americans share the same mental health issues as the rest of the population, with arguably even greater stressors due to racism, prejudice, and economic disparities.
Meanwhile, many wonder why African Americans shy away from psychotherapyas a potential solution to challenges such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, marriageproblems, and parenting issues.
As a Black psychologist, it is troublesome that so many African Americans are reluctant to make use of psychology's solutions to emotional hurdles.
Here are some of the issues I've encountered in my research and clinical practice, with practical ideas for addressing this disparity.

Stigma and judgment

In places like Los Angeles and New York, everyone and their pet has a therapist, yet even among the wealthy and elite, many African Americans continue to hold stigmatizing beliefs about mental illness.
For example, a qualitative study by Alvidrez et al., (2008) found that among Blacks who were already mental health consumers, over a third felt that mild depression or anxiety would be considered "crazy" in their social circles.
Talking about problems with an outsider (i.e., therapist) may be viewed as airing one's "dirty laundry," and even more telling is the fact that over a quarter of those consumers felt that discussions about mental illness would not be appropriate even among family.
In a study I recently completed, one African American gentleman noted, "I was just embarrassed. Getting this type of help has, and continues to be, like a sore thumb in the African American community.
Unfortunately, I don't have insurance, so my fear was that if I sought help, it would not be good because I couldn't afford it."
Likewise, African Americans may be resistant to seek treatment because they fear it may reflect badly on their families–an outward admission of the family's failure to handle problems internally.
Something I found in my own studies, is that even among African Americans who suffered greatly from mental disorders, many held negative attitudes about people who obtain mental health care.
No matter how impaired they were, they didn't want to be one of "those people."
Many African Americans with mental disorders are unaware that they have a diagnosable illness at all, and are even less aware that effective psychological treatments exist for their specific problem.
Because of the taboo surrounding open discussion about mental illness, African Americans often have little knowledge of mental health problems and their treatments.

Concerns about therapist or treatment process

Many African Americans also have concerns about treatment effectiveness, which may be due to both lack of education and cultural misgivings.
Apprehension about clashing with the values or worldview of the clinician can cause ambivalence about seeking help, and this may be especially true for the many who believe that mental health treatment was designed by White people for White people.
African Americans view the typical psychologist as an older, White male, who would be insensitive to the social and economic realities of their lives (Thompson et al., 2004).
In actuality, however, even though African Americans are underrepresented as psychologists, they are well-represented among mental health providers in general, and can be found among the ranks of master's level clinicians, such as professional counselors and clinical social workers.
These types of therapists can be very useful for many sorts of difficulties, including family problems and many mental health needs.
Anxiety about therapy may also be related to a lack of knowledge about what to expect from the treatment itself.
Indeed, many African Americans with mental disorders express fears about being involuntarily hospitalized, and are unwilling to share their symptoms for fear of being "locked up" or "put away."
Yet even those who are willing to brave treatment may not place therapy among their priorities.
Work, family responsibilities, commitments, and transportation issues all can overshadow the need for therapy, which may be viewed as a luxury endeavor when there are kids to drive to little league and dinner to make at home.
This troublesome reality suggests that despite struggling for years with a mental disorder, many are reluctant to take time for themselves to get better.

Cost of treatment and lack of insurance coverage

The financial burden of mental health treatment is a barrier that affects everyone, but disproportionally affects African Americans due to lower incomes and reduced employment opportunities.
In my own research, I found that those most concerned about cost are more likely to be uninsured; their incomes are not low enough to qualify for publicly provided services but not high enough to afford a private insurance plan.

Increasing treatment participation

All of the issues described thus far can create a difficult uphill battle when trying to increase treatment participation within the African American community.
But there are many practical approaches that can reduce this mental health disparity.

Making treatment more affordable

The cost of treatment may be prohibitive for many, especially among those without insurance coverage.
Many low-income individuals can find help in the community health system, but such systems may suffer from a lack of clinicians able to treat complex and less common conditions.
It can be especially difficult to find care for those who lack any sort of insurance, have an unstable living situation, or who must contend with the inability to make appointments due to overcrowding.
Individual practices and treatment centers can help by publicizing effective low cost treatment options (i.e. practicum students, sliding scale slots, etc.) Another cost-effective option is stepped-care.
For example, one model proposed by Tolin, Diefenback, Maltby, and Hannan, (2005) for the treatment of OCD involves bibliotherapy (self-help books), followed by clinician-guided self-treatment as needed, as well as traditional exposure and ritual prevention for non-responders.
In this way, the most expensive treatment is provided to those who need it most, while others may benefit from a lesser approach.
Nonetheless, it is important to be aware that the cost of treatment is a larger problem that involves many aspects of our society, including the politics of health care and social inequalities.

Increasing awareness of mental disorders and treatment options

Education about mental disorders and the treatment process is a critical to reducing barriers to treatment among the African American community.
Suggestions for overcoming this barrier include public education campaigns (e.g., mass media), educational presentations at community venues (e.g., Black churches), and open information sessions at local mental health clinics.
In fact, many Black churches are taking the treatment to where the people are, and hiring licensed therapists to work with their flock.
For those who do start conventional treatment, the first clinical encounter presents an important opportunity to address skepticism about the usefulness of treatment.
It's the clinician's responsibility to demystify the process and explain the benefits of staying the course.
Without this knowledge the participant may only assume what he or she may encounter and base their decision to follow through on incorrect assumptions.
If the expected outcomes, number of sessions, and potential goals are clearly outlined in advance, there is little chance of feeling misled or not in control.
The client-patient bond may be strengthened with this extra attempt at transparency.

Making mental health a priority

Treatment has the potential to conflict with many daily activities or commitments for busy people.
In the current economy, many take second and third jobs to make ends meet.
Whether the individual feels treatment is a necessary priority despite prior engagements, transportation, or scheduling issues is an important positive step.
Moreover, incorporating the family is another crucial measure in overcoming barriers to treatment.
By gaining familial support the client may gain peace of mind as well as lose the fear of being outcast or stigmatized. In addition, with the family's acceptance, making time for treatment becomes easier and priorities may be put into perspective.
Utilizing the family to emphasize the importance of good mental health creates more allies to emphasize the relationship between improved functioning and greater success at home and work.

Reducing fears about therapy and stigma

Making psychotherapy less intimidating may be one of the most important ways of improving help-seeking.
Careful use of language can help to reduce some discomfort surrounding mental health care.
For example, African Americans are more comfortable with the term "counseling" over "psychotherapy" (Thompson et al., 2004), and this should be considered in advertising and conversational exchanges.
Another practical way to reduce fears is to offer free assessments and phone consultations, which will help familiarize potential patients with the clinic, clinician, and treatment.
Clinicians might use initial contacts to address fears of being involuntarily hospitalized by explaining the difference between typical mental health challenges and "being crazy," including the role of insight and self-efficacy.
However, it is important to note that reservations against treatment may be rooted in actual experiences of racism and encounters with medical professionals lacking cultural awareness.
Treatment is a partnership that can only be successful with mutual respect, and for this to occur it remains the duty of the therapist to become culturally competent and sensitive to disparities, and in turn, communicate support and understanding to the patient.
African Americans look for subtle cues to determine if a therapist holds racist attitudes, as many are afraid of being mistreated due to their race or ethnicity.
These concerns are not unfounded, as a lower social status makes African Americans more vulnerable to abuse, particularly in a medical setting, where the clinician is considered the authority figure.
A recent study by Snowden et al. (2009), found that after controlling for severity of mental illness and other variables,
African Americans are more than twice as likely to experience a psychiatrichospitalization than Whites, an indication of continued bias among clinicians when faced with Black patients in need of mental health services.
To completely eliminate mental health disparities, clinicians must be willing to undertake an honest self-examination of their own conscious and unconscious attitudes about race, including preconceived notions about who would be a good client.
By increasing the cultural competence and social awareness of all clinicians, the mental health system can begin to shed its bias against ethnic minorities.
This would result in greater understanding and empathy for the patient's experience, improved treatment outcomes, and more African Americans willing to take a chance with mental health care.

Domestic Violence Within The Christian Church Community Must Be Exposed; Counseling Must Not Be Scorned

‪#‎DomesticViolence‬

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN THE CHRISTIAN CHURCH COMMUNITY NEEDS TO BE EXPOSED:

ALL CHURCHES SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO HIRE FULL-TIME ABUSE PREVENTION ADVOCATES TO MAINTAIN LEGAL NON-PROFIT STATUS.

CHRISTIANS OFTEN COVER UP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE TO APPEAR PIOUS.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AWARENESS IS AN IMPORTANT 2016 ELECTION ISSUE, ESPECIALLY IN SOUTHERN STATES.

THERE ARE MANY WOMEN, MEN & CHILDREN WHO ARE HURTING FROM THE EFFECTS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE……..CHILD ABUSE…….AND SEXUAL ABUSE.

U.S. MILITARY VETERANS NEED COUNSELING NOT PILLS.

TOGETHER WE CAN SAVE & REBUILD LIVES.

As we approach the 2016 U.S. Presidential Election I would like to discuss the extremely important issue of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in American Society.

Especially the issue of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in American Churches.

It is long overdue to publicly address the issues of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE………..CHILD ABUSE……….and SEXUAL ABUSE in the CHRISTIAN Church Community.

I firmly believe that in order for each Church in America to continue claiming its Non-Profit Status, CHURCH Officials must Hire at least one real ABUSE Prevention Advocate on a Full-time basis to deal with these Destructive issues.

Having real ABUSE Prevention Advocates on Staff would greatly REDUCE the rate of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE………..CHILD ABUSE……….and SEXUAL ABUSE in the CHRISTIAN Church Community.

Preventing DOMESTIC VIOLENCE………..CHILD ABUSE……….and SEXUAL ABUSE in the CHRISTIAN Church Community is not an issue for DEMOCRATS or REPUBLICANS to address.

It is an issue for HUMAN BEINGS to address!

It is time for the SECRECY of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE within the CHRISTIAN Church Community to be Exposed so Hurting People can be Helped, not Hidden away.

The issue of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in American Churches is often more prevalent in the SOUTH due to the SOUTH long being considered the BIBLE Beltway.

CHRISTIAN Churches in the SOUTH are notorious for SEGREGATION........DISCRIMINATION........RACISM.......DIVORCE........CHILD ABUSE.......POVERTY and DOMESTIC VIOLENCE all in the name of CHRIST.

I am a CHRISTIAN and I am not ashamed of professing this truth.

However what I am ashamed of is how the CHRISTIAN Church Community in America has covered up & hidden DOMESTIC VIOLENCE for Centuries.

More so among CHRISTIAN Church Congregations in the SOUTH.

The BIBLE teaches that both the Husband & Wife are to be Submissive to one another.

Unfortunately in the American CHRISTIAN Church Community many Pastors Falsely teach that only Wives are to be Submissive.

Such False Teaching has encouraged many CHRISTIAN Men to think they are Authorized by GOD to Abuse and Disrespect their Wives & Children into Submission.

Many CHRISTIAN Men also have a False sense of Spiritual Security, because these same Men believe they can Beat and Disrespect their Wives, continue working in the CHURCH and yet still arrive in HEAVEN one day.

In many cases PASTORS (especially SOUTHERN Pastors) who are well aware of such DOMESTIC VIOLENCE occurring within their Congregations, turn a Blind eye and a Deaf ear by allowing CHRISTIAN Men who Abuse & Disrespect their Wives and Children to continue Serving in the CHURCH.

This includes positions of CHURCH Leadership!

There are hundreds of thousands of WOMEN within the 21st century CHURCH Community walking around with a SMILE on their faces, yet Hurting deeply inside due to False or Inaccurate Teaching about SUBMISSION.

I have personally read the BIBLE from Genesis to Revelation, but I have NEVER read in the BIBLE where GOD Authorizes or Encourages Men to Abuse or Disrespect their WIVES and Children into Submission.

I have personally read in the BIBLE where GOD tells Human Beings, including CHRISTIANS to "LOVE ONE ANOTHER", but I have NEVER read in the BIBLE where GOD Authorizes or Encourages Men to Abuse or Disrespect their WIVES and Children into Submission.

So how can CHRISTIAN Pastors teach such False information to their Members?

There have even been situations in the CHRISTIAN Community where in a particular Church just because a certain Woman is Disliked by other Women (due to Envy, Jealousy, Strife, etc.,)
the other Church members will CRUCIFY that Woman with SLANDER, Libel or by turning a Blind eye to that Woman being Abused & Disrespected by her Husband.

In fact in many instances those other Church members will encourage the Husband to continue Abusing that Woman, by Approving and Accepting the Husband, while Rejecting his Wife, whom they Dislike.

Of course this Pattern of Behavior often leads to DIVORCE or largely contributes to DIVORCE, which is another HUGE Problem within the CHRISTIAN Church Community.

Especially CHRISTIAN Churches in the BIBLE Belt SOUTH!

Many CHRISTIAN Men who Abuse their Wives are Hurting Men, who most likely experienced CHILD ABUSE or SEXUAL ABUSE during their Childhood.

But does the CHRISTIAN Church Community address or Counsel Men who are CHILD ABUSE and SEXUAL ABUSE Survivors?

NO!

Thus Hurting People Continue To Hurt Other People!

Just telling Hurting CHRISTIAN Men to FORGIVE and PRAY is Not enough.

It is True for Men who were Victims of CHILD ABUSE and SEXUAL ABUSE to Forgive their Abusers.

But after FORGIVENESS then what??

Human Beings were created by GOD to experience EMOTIONS.

If Men in the CHRISTIAN Church Community are Not taught how to properly HEAL and COPE with the after effects of CHILD ABUSE or SEXUAL ABUSE, they will grow into Adults and continue those same Patterns of ABUSE.

Are these examples of GOD'S LOVE?

How can the CHRISTIAN Church Community Criticize and Condemn MUSLIMS when they are Emotionally and Socially Killing their Own Members?

Many CHRISTIAN Men are also U.S. Military Veterans who are still Suffering from PTSD.

When those CHRISTIAN Men who are also U.S. Military Veterans visit their local V.A. Hospitals, the V.A. Hospital Doctors often prescribe a bunch of PILLS for them to ingest daily.

Those CHRISTIAN Men who are also U.S. Military Veterans are NEVER required to seek or be Counseled.

They are just prescribed a bunch of PILLS which they ingest like Candy, while receiving NO Mental Health Relief.

This is the reason why I Support Pres OBAMA and JOHN MCCAIN'S efforts to offer U.S. Military Veterans the option to seek Medical Care from PRIVATE PHYSICIANS.

Pastors within the CHRISTIAN Church Community REFUSING to provide Counseling to Men who are Victims of CHILD ABUSE and SEXUAL ABUSE is a huge Mistake, which continues to Fracture the American Church Society and contributes to Broken Homes.

Perhaps this explains the high number of DIVORCES in CHRISTIAN Churches.

Broken Homes equals Broken CHILDREN.

Broken Homes equals Broken WOMEN who must Struggle to Financially Start their lives over without a Second Income, or in many instances NO Income at all!

Many BLACK Men within the CHRISTIAN Church Community have had Several DIVORCES because it was widely accepted to just find another Wife.

Many BLACK Men within the CHRISTIAN Church Community, including BLACK Church LEADERS, are encouraged and allowed to "Try On Women" in the same manner Women try on Shoes in a Shoe Boutique.

Unfortunately many Pastors (BLACK & WHITE) do Not want to take time to deal with the Destructive Epidemic of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in the CHRISTIAN Church Community for Fear of their members leaving the Church and taking their MONEY with them.

Unfortunately many Pastors (BLACK & WHITE) also do Not want to take time to address ANY pertinent Socially Destructive Crisis in the CHRISTIAN Church Community such as SEGREGATION........DISCRIMINATION........RACISM.......DIVORCE........CHILD ABUSE........and POVERTY.

Why?

For Fear of their members leaving the Church and taking their MONEY with them!

I am Confused.

How can such Selfish, Mean-Spirited acts demonstrated towards other Human Beings be examples of GOD'S LOVE?

How can DOMESTIC VIOLENCE be an example of GOD'S LOVE?

How can SEGREGATION........DISCRIMINATION........RACISM.......DIVORCE........CHILD ABUSE........and POVERTY be examples of GOD'S LOVE?

Again I ask, how can the CHRISTIAN Church Community Criticize and Condemn MUSLIMS when they are Emotionally and Socially Killing their Own Members?

I could go on in this post but it's obvious I've written enough or maybe too much on the issue of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE within the CHRISTIAN Church Community.

I just want DOMESTIC VIOLENCE widely addressed on the National stage during the 2016 Elections.

I just want Women, Men & Children who need to HELP to have ACCESS to Counseling, Mentoring and Financial Assistance (JOBS & Affordable Housing) if necessary.

Look around.

There could be someone within your CHURCH who is a Victim of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.......CHILD ABUSE........or SEXUAL ABUSE.

It could be YOU.

It could be ME.

Please don't turn a Blind eye or a Deaf ear.

Let's Please STOP The Cycle Of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.......CHILD ABUSE........or SEXUAL ABUSE.

Especially within the CHRISTIAN Church Community in America.

Together We Can Save Lives!

Together We Can Build Or Rebuild Lives!

Talk Is Cheap!

Let's Put Forth Some ACTION!

It Is Cheaper To Help Someone Than To Bury Them.

It Is Cheaper To Help Someone Than To Incarcerate Them For Years & Years.

GOD IS LOVE.

Let The CHURCH Say "AMEN"

ARTICLE: "The Church And Its Response To Domestic And Sexual Violence
Pastors Must Address Domestic And Sexual Violence"

Yesterday, I spoke at the Sojourners Summit at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. It's a diverse gathering focused on engaging the faith community in different aspects community engagement and service.

My role at the Summit was to present research we have recently completed, sponsored by IMA World Health and Sojourners around an important issue: how the church is responding to domestic and sexual violence.

Sojourners explained it this way:

Violence against women was named as a "significant public health issue" by the World Health Organization in 2013, which reported that 35 percent of women around the globe have experienced sexual or physical abuse by a partner or non-partner. And according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, the chance of a man experiencing abuse at the hand of an intimate partner was one in four.

What makes this poll unique is that there is not much data on how pastors view and address the issues of domestic and sexual violence. According to Rick Santos, President and CEO of IMA World Health, "there is little information out there about what is actually happening in the U.S. faith community on this issue."

Despite the poll's major finding — that pastors underestimate the pervasiveness of sexual and domestic violence in their congregations — the report offers some hope. Of the pastors polled, 81 percent reported that they would "take appropriate action to reduce sexual and domestic violence if they had the training and resources to do so."

Sojourners recently published I Believe You: Sexual Violence and the Church , a study edited by its president and founder, Jim Wallis, and Catherine Woodiwiss, Associate Web Editor.

The study features three essays about women, sexual violence, and their experiences in dealing with their abuse in their churches.

It is a step forward in the effort to bring light to an issue that is often cloaked in darkness and to give voices to victims who often feel silenced by the church's failure to understand the prevalence of sexual and domestic violence.

"This is a conversation the church needs to be having but isn't," Wallis said. "We cannot remain silent when our sisters and brothers live under the threat of violence in their homes and communities."

Wallis was joined by Rev. Amy Gopp, Director of Member Relations and Pastoral Care at Church World Service who said "I hope this report will educate faith leaders about the importance of reaching out to domestic violence programs in their communities and creating strong partnerships so that survivors are served in the way they deserve."

The Christian Post shared details about the gap between occurrence and awareness:

Monica Taffinder, a Christian counselor who specializes in trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, and sexual abuse recovery, argues that many pastors tend to be somewhat naïve when it comes to the probability that both victims and perpetrators exist within their church.

"I really think people don't think that it happens in their congregation," Taffinder told The Christian Post. "I mean, [pastors] know these people. They see these people. They go to dinner with these people. They worship with these people. I know they're savvy enough to realize that there's just as much as they don't know people in their congregations as they do, but still."

The study also found that 65 percent of pastors had spoken one or fewer times about domestic and sexual violence, with 22 percent indicating they addressed it annually, while 33 percent mentioned it "rarely." Ten percent of pastors said they had never taught on it.

"Based on the number of times they speak to their congregations about sexual or domestic violence each year, the majority of pastors do not consider sexual or domestic violence central to larger religious themes such as strong families, a peaceful society, pursuing holiness, social justice, etc.," the report states.

You can find the full release from IMA World Health including a downloadable report.

It's an important issue and I encourage you to educate yourself and engage more fully on the subject.

BLACK OMAHA CURSING TODDLER UPDATE: He's In Protective Custody (Civil Rights Were Violated)

#ToddlerTHUG

UPDATE: CURSING BLACK OMAHA TODDLER MOCKED BY POLICE UNION IS NOW IN PROTECTIVE CUSTODY.

I repeat.

Posting a video of this Child's antics on a Police Union website was NOT about "Educating the Public"!

Instead it's about RACISM & perpetuating STEREOTYPES.

This Child's CIVIL RIGHTS were clearly VIOLATED.

#ToddlerTHUG

CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK CHILDREN

The OMAHA, Nebraska CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES claims to have been Monitoring a BLACK Family ("Toddler Thug's") since August of 2013.

So even though the Toddler's 16-year-old Mother was Shot in front of him & he too was Injured.....

CPS still chose to leave this Toddler in the Family home with 3 other Minor Children.

Why??

When it was apparent all Minor Children in this Family were in possible Danger, why didn't Omaha's CPS officials step him to remove these Children before now??

Yet when DON LEMON & the OMAHA Police Union expose what's going on in this Toddler's world and begins to question why CPS hasn't intervened, suddenly CPS steps in and removes all Minor Children from the home.

I've just described CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE Agencies in EVERY State & County!

CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES DOESN'T CARE ABOUT BLACK CHILDREN

ARTICLE: "Swearing Toddler In 'Thug' Video Taken Into Protective Custody"

A Nebraska toddler who repeated a slew of profanities in an online video has been taken into child protective custody, Omaha police said Wednesday.

While authorities found nothing criminal in the video, officials from the Omaha police's Child Victim Unit and the Nebraska Child Protective Services took the infant and three other children into custody on Wednesday, the police department said on its Facebook page.

The joint investigation found safety concerns, the statement said.

CNN learned of development through Twitter.

In the video, the diapered child is bombarded with obscenities and racial slurs by the adults around him.

The African-American toddler knocks down a chair and gives nearly as good as he gets, responding to some of the comments with an upraised middle finger and telling one of the adults at one point, "Shut up, bitch." The adults laugh and prompt him to repeat other crudities.

Just another day on the Internet -- until the police union in Omaha, Nebraska, posted the clip on its website to highlight what it called the "cycle of violence and thuggery" the community faces.

The Omaha Police Officers Association came under fire from the city's police chief, the ACLU and at least one community leader. They say the move needlessly antagonizes the city's minority communities, who make up about a quarter of Omaha's 409,000 residents.

Sgt. John Wells, the union's president, said the video was "disturbing" and "offensive."

"The focus here isn't on any particular ethnic group. The focus here is on the troubling behavior towards this child," Wells said. "This behavior is going to potentially lead this child down a path that is completely unhealthy."

On the website where the video is hosted, the union said the clip came from "a local thug's public Facebook page."

"We here at OmahaPOA.com viewed the video and we knew that despite the fact that it is sickening, heartbreaking footage, we have an obligation to share it to continue to educate the law abiding public about the terrible cycle of violence and thuggery that some young innocent children find themselves helplessly trapped in," the police union wrote in a post accompanying the video.

"Now while we didn't see anything in this video that is blatantly 'illegal,' we sure did see a lot that is flat out immoral and completely unhealthy for this little child from a healthy upbringing standpoint," it added.

Wells said one of the adults mentions a local street gang in the video.

"That is why when we talk about the culture, the criminal culture, that this is to try to break the cycle and deal with the culture of violence and the culture of gang activity," he said.

But in a city where police officers' treatment of minorities led to lawsuits, criminal charges against two officers and the firings and reassignments of several others in the past year, critics say the video is poking at raw wounds. Willie Hamilton, president of the community activist group Black Men United, said the union "crossed a line by doing this."

"For them to take a video out of context -- a 2-year-old who doesn't have the brain capacity to know what's going on -- and to say that this child, because two adults acted inappropriately, is going to end up in a life of crime is totally inappropriate," Hamilton said.

And the American Civil Liberties Union of Nebraska, which filed an excessive-force suit against the Omaha Police Department on behalf of an African-American family on Monday, said the union's use of "racially charged language" was "very disconcerting."

Police Chief Todd Schmaderer tried to distance his agency from the controversy in a statement issued Tuesday, saying that the union's website and Facebook page are separate from those of the Omaha Police Department and that he has little authority over the public statements of union members.

"With that background and understanding, I want to make it explicit and clear that the views expressed on the OPOA Facebook page do not necessarily reflect the official stance of the Omaha Police Department," Schmaderer said. "I strongly disagree with any postings that may cause a divide in our community or an obstacle to police community relations."

Wells said union members have turned the video over to the department's child victim unit, which will work with child-welfare agencies to investigate the circumstances. He said the organization "didn't think we'd get this big of a reaction."

"Hopefully, the impact is, it gives law-abiding citizens what law enforcement deals with on a daily basis, and it sort of throws back the blinders that these type of problems are going on," he said. "And we can have a very frank and open discussion on how to tackle these issues and come up with solutions."

OMAHA Police Union Post Video Of BLACK Toddler Cursing & Flipping The Bird (It's Plain RACISM!)

#ToddlerTHUG

OMAHA "TODDLER THUG"?? Let's be real!

The ONLY reason why this BLACK Omaha Toddler's Profanity-laced antics were posted online by a POLICE UNION is due to RACISM plain & simple!!

IT'S NOT ABOUT EDUCATING THE PUBLIC......IT'S RACISM.

Posting such a video online is actually a Violation of this Toddler's CIVIL RIGHTS!

FYI: By the way No CHILD ABUSE Charges were filed against the Toddler's Family members.

"The manner in which the Officers Association has discussed this incident has done nothing but further erode community trust and reinforce the need for independent oversight, trainings, and other reforms."

Police Chief Todd Schmaderer tried to distance his agency from the controversy in a statement issued Tuesday, saying that the union's website and Facebook page are separate from those of the Omaha Police Department and that he has little authority over the public statements of union members.

"What do you think it's going to do about the trust level? You think we're going to call you and tell you anything? No. All this is doing is highlighting that."

Wells said union members have turned the video over to the department's child victim unit, which will work with child-welfare agencies to investigate the circumstances. He said the organization "didn't think we'd get this big of a reaction."

Pennsylvania's GOP Voter ID Laws Disenfranchises 750,000 People From Voting In 2012 (Voting Rights Law Violation!)

HELP RE-ELECT BARACK OBAMA IN 2012!

GET YOUR STATE-APPROVED ID CARDS NOW AND GO TO THE POLLS THIS NOVEMBER EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO CRAWL THERE!

Stringent voter ID law in Pa. could prevent 750,000 from Voting

New data released by Pennsylvania officials suggests that as many as 750,000 voters in the crucial battleground territory could be impacted by a stringent new voter ID law.
The law, passed this May ostensibly to prevent voter fraud, requires all voters in Pennsylvania to show a valid photo ID at the polls.

Among those acceptable forms of photo ID include a state-issued driver's license, a valid U.S. passport, a U.S. military ID, a government-issued employee ID, an ID card from an accredited Pennsylvania higher learning institution, or a photo ID card issued by a Pennsylvania care facility, such as an assisted living residence or personal care home.

According to the survey, 758,939 voters - 9.2 percent - could not be matched in state databases as having Pennsylvania driver's licenses, the most common form of photo ID in the state.

Of those 9.2 percent, about 22 percent - or 167,566 people - are categorized as "inactive" voters, according to the data. A person can be characterized as an "inactive" voter if he or she has not voted in five years and has not responded to a state inquiry about his or her current address. Federal and state law also mandate that an "inactive voter" be kept on the state registration list until he or she fails to vote in two consecutive general elections for federal office following the notification.

"Even though many voters identified in this comparison as not having PennDOT IDs are 'inactive voters', most of whom have not voted since 2007, we will err on the side of caution and include them in this mailing," said Secretary of the Commonwealth Carol Aichele in a statement released alongside the study.

Even if voters are classified as "inactive" with 100 percent accuracy, however, that leaves nearly 600,000 "active" voters who lack driver's licenses and may not be able to cast their votes on Election Day.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Secretary of the Commonwealth Carol Aichele had previously said that 99 percent of Pennsylvania voters had the photo ID they needed to vote this November.

The controversial legislation has come under particular scrutiny in the last few weeks after Republican Mike Turzai, Pennsylvania's House Majority Leader, suggested during a June Republican State Committee meeting that the legislation aimed to benefit Mitt Romney's electoral prospects this November.

"We are focused on making sure that we meet our obligations that we've talked about for years," Turzai said in June, listing off a litany of Republican accomplishments in the state, according to Politics PA. "Pro-Second Amendment? The Castle Doctrine, it's done. First pro-life legislation - abortion facility regulations - in 22 years, done. Voter ID, which is gonna allow Governor Romney to win the state of Pennsylvania, done."

The remarks inspired widespread criticism from Pennsylvania Democrats, who decried it as an admission that Republican legislators were attempting to disenfranchise Democratic voters.

The Pennsylvania Department of State, however, maintains that the law merely aims to deter people from voting illegally.

"We are committed to helping any eligible voter who does not have an acceptable ID get one to be able to vote in November," Aichele said. "We are continuing our outreach to get the word to voters about this law. The goal of this law is to allow every legal voter to cast a ballot, but detect and deter anyone attempting to vote illegally."

South Carolina Doesn't Care About BLACK Children! Returns Child To Bad Parent Twice (Keely Samone Tinnin)

Rock Hill, SC woman Arrested after son, 3, found nude in apartment parking lot

ROCK HILL Police arrested a Rock Hill woman Tuesday morning after neighbors found her 3-year-old son alone and completely nude in an apartment complex parking lot.

Keely Samone Tinnin, 25, of 1117 Springdale Road, Apt. 101, is charged with cruelty to children, according to a Rock Hill police report.

At 3:06 a.m., two neighbors told police that they heard someone in the parking lot of Wildwood Springs Apartments.

They looked outside and saw a little boy without any clothes, the report states.

One of the neighbors said she recognized the boy from a similar, previous incident. The other neighbor told police he knew where the boy came from and tried to take him back home but found that the door was locked and no one came to the door.

The neighbor took the boy to his own mother’s house, clothed him and then called police while his mother fed the child, the report states.

Police took the boy back to his residence and made contact with Tinnin, who said she was unaware that her son was out of the house. She also said the boy sometimes unlocks the door and leaves, the report states.

Authorities arrested Tinnin and released the child to his father, the report states.

Outside of the Rock Hill Police Department, Tinnin’s family waited for her after a magistrate released her on a personal recognizance bond.

Latasha Tinnin, Tinnin’s sister, said the family plans to test Tinnin’s son for hyperactivity and sleepwalking, insisting that the boy is capable of getting out the house by himself.

After a previous incident in April, Latasha Tinnin said her sister installed locks on doors. The next day, the boy learned how to unlock the door.

“He’s going to catch on quicker than most kids,” she said. “If he figured that out, what are you going to do then? Kids nowadays can do more than you think they can do.”

Police also arrested Tinnin on April 10 after her 3-year-old son and another 4-year-old son were found at the apartment complex’s playground without clothes on and parental supervision. Both children told officers that their mother was home asleep, according to a Rock Hill police report.

When police made contact with Tinnin, she said the boys often leave the house without her knowing about it, the report states.

“She’s not a bad person,” Latasha Tinnin said of her sister on Tuesday.

The only reason police arrested Tinnin a second time is because a neighbor found the boy outside in his underwear, Latasha Tinnin said. She also said the boy awoke in the middle of the night, thought his sister was outside and left the apartment to join her.

“She doesn’t let him go outside with his brothers and sisters,” making the boy eager to play outside, Latasha Tinnin said.

Latasha said her sister is upset and hasn’t stopped crying about the situation since her arrest.

A records check with the State Law Enforcement Division shows that Tinnin doesn’t have any prior criminal history prior to her cruelty to children arrests this year.
