FERGUSON'S BLACK CHURCHES & OLDER BLACK COMMUNITY LEADERS ARE TO BLAME FOR CIVIL UNREST IN THAT REGION:
MANY INEFFECTIVE BLACK CHURCHES NEED TO SHUT THEIR DOORS.
MANY INEFFECTIVE OLDER BLACK LEADERS NEED TO SIT DOWN.
From early August 2014 when MICHAEL BROWN was first Murdered by DARREN WILSON until Monday Nov 24, 2014 when Ferguson's extremely Biased Prosecutor BOB MCCULLOCH publicly announced the Grand Jury's Decision, I have been Praying and thinking non-stop about Ferguson's Hurting, Oppressed, Rejected BLACK Youth.
Especially Ferguson's Young BLACK Men and Boys.
After much research and Prayer it appears the Problems which plague Ferguson leading to a Nationwide Protest against RACIAL INJUSTICE, those problems lie at the feet of Ferguson's Older BLACK Leaders and Ferguson's BLACK Churches.
Many of Ferguson's Older BLACK Leaders (including Congressman EMANUEL CLEAVER) have either laid aside or forgotten their Mission and Purpose for existing as LEADERS.
****FYI: Notice I am mainly referring to Older BLACK Leaders because they NEVER want to relinquish their Positions to make room for New Young Blood.
So in essence Older BLACK Leaders are more Responsible for Ferguson's recent mayhem!****
Dr MARTIN LUTHER KING JR was a YOUNG BLACK Man with Fresh Ideas, NOT an Older BLACK Man entrenched in Tradition and FEAR.
The purpose of LEADERSHIP is to LEAD and Selflessly SERVE other Human Beings.
NOT to become Complacent......Serve YOURSELF and Protect Your OWN Interests!
But to LEAD and Selflessly SERVE other Human Beings!
In addition, the Historic role of BLACK Churches in America was to Effectively LEAD local BLACK Communities.
If a BLACK Church is NO longer Effectively LEADING a BLACK Community, that Church needs to SHUT it's Doors!
Don't remain Open simply for the Business of Raising MONEY.
SHUT The Doors!
With the Election of America's first real BLACK President, many BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders became engrossed in POLITICS.
Not People but POLITICS!
BLACK People in their Communities took a back seat to POLITICS, while those BLACK Pastors & Older BLACK Community Leaders helped Pres OBAMA be Elected in 2008, and to be Re-elected in 2012.
The "Sheep" (BLACK Youth) were left to LEAD themselves.
Those Youth badly in need of Mentoring, Academic Assistance and Summer JOBS when left alone found other ways to "LEAD" themselves.
Let me remind you that most of those BLACK Male Youth came from Single Parent homes (Mothers) which offered little Guidance.
Thus most of them when left alone with NOTHING to do, especially during Summer Vacation after School was dismissed, engaged in Illegal Activity.
So where were Ferguson's BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders while these BLACK Male Youth were left unattended and engaged in Illegal Activity??
Ferguson's BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders were off somewhere Volunteering their time on Pres OBAMA'S Election & Re-election Campaigns.
Ferguson's BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders were also somewhere pushing the AFFORDABLE CARE ACT in the faces of BLACK Voters.
None of those BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Leaders were pushing for JOBS or Academic After School Programs for the BLACK Male Youth in their Communities.
Instead those same BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders were too busy trying to maintain their positions of #Leadership.
Instead those same BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders were too busy fighting against Young BLACK Leaders-to-be.

MALIK SHABAZZ (Former Leader of the New BLACK Panther Party)
Ferguson's BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders claim to love GOD and the Lord JESUS CHRIST, but many of them Hate MALIK SHABAZZ.
How can We say "We Love GOD or Love JESUS CHRIST" but Hate or Despise another Human Being??
Even if they did Not think MALIK SHABAZZ'S Style of LEADERSHIP was a good fit for Ferguson, they could have still Included him in their efforts to LEAD Ferguson's BLACK Community.
By the same premise, when GOD sends Hurting BLACK Youth to a local BLACK Church, don't JUDGE them by their Appearance.
Accept them with LOVING Open Arms!
It's either the GANGS or the CHURCH who will Accept Hurting BLACK Youth.
Which do you want it to be??
~~As it relates to Younger LEADERSHIP vs Older LEADERSHIP:
In most cases as Human Beings AGE we have a Natural tendency to become Complacent.......Stubborn......Stuck in our ways.......Narrow-minded......more Judgmental........Lazy........less Creative......less Optimistic.......Fearful.........less Effective......Resistant to CHANGE and very Selfish.
Such negative attributes which unfortunately frequently comes with AGE, is exactly why I have Strongly recommended AL SHARPTON Not be allowed to LEAD this New Movement sparked to address RACIAL INJUSTICE in 21st Century America.
On the other hand YOUTH brings with it a fresh breath of air!
~~For example: Most Younger People are very Creative.........Optimistic.......Energetic.....Giving......Bold.....less Judgmental.........Fearless.......Objective........Benevolent.......more Effective.......Open to CHANGE.
Thus it appears highly likely that Compassionate BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders would step aside, allowing Younger Leaders to fill the shoes of LEADERSHIP needed to reach a new Generation right??
WRONG!
Those Selfish, Complacent BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders forgot where they came from.
Those Selfish, Complacent BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK used their resources to Block Opportunities for Younger Leaders to step up.
In order to maintain their seats of POLITICAL POWER those Selfish, Insecure, Complacent BLACK Pastors & Older BLACK Community Leaders joined Forces with the same RACIST People responsible for keeping local BLACK Communities OPPRESSED for decades.
It was this Self-Serving style of BLACK LEADERSHIP which created a festering vacuum of ANGER and REJECTION among the BLACK Youth in #Ferguson, eventually boiling over until there was a Combustible Explosion last Summer that rocked the World!

If the definition of Insanity is doing the same thing repetitively but expecting different results, than why are Ferguson's BLACK Churches and Older BLACK Community Leaders constantly rejecting help from YOUNGER Leaders??
It is time, high time for Ferguson's BLACK Pastors & Ferguson's Older BLACK Community Leaders to be more INCLUSIVE of Younger Leaders and more Open to CHANGE, or STEP ASIDE!
Better yet just STEP ASIDE and allow the Younger Generation to LEAD!
If Ferguson's BLACK Pastors and Older BLACK Community Leaders REFUSE to step aside and Include YOUNGER Leaders into REBUILDING a better, more Progressive Ferguson..........
Those BLACK Pastors should CLOSE their Church Doors and those OLDER BLACK Community Leaders should RESIGN!

It's No longer about POLITICS, in fact it NEVER should have been about POLITICS!
Now its about helping Hurting PEOPLE.
Especially helping Hurting BLACK Youth!
I don't care if it is Younger WHITE Leaders working to REBUILD FERGUSON.
Or Younger BLACK Leaders.
But it has to be YOUNGER LEADERSHIP period!
