Bristol Palin Seeks Full Custody Of 1-year-old Tripp She Had With Levi Johnston


Bristol Palin is demanding full custody of her son and even wants child support from beefcake baby daddy Levi Johnston.

The daughter of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin accuses her former high school sweetheart of exercising only "sporadic visitation rights" for 1-year-old Tripp, court papers revealed Monday.

Bristol Palin, 18, asked an Alaska judge last month to keep her petition for custody and support secret.

The judge denied that request in a ruling dated Christmas Eve.

Johnston, 19, a hunky one-time high school hockey star, denies in court documents that he has avoided his responsibilities as a father.

He is seeking shared custody of the boy and argued against keeping the proceedings closed.

"I do not feel protected against Sarah Palin in a closed proceeding," Johnston said in an affidavit. "I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it."

Bristol Palin is also asking the judge to bar Johnston's mother from having unsupervised visits with the infant. Sherry Johnston is on home arrest on drug charges.

She also suggests Levi Johnston may have used marijuana, citing a Twitter posting. He denies the reports of drug use and says the Twitter account is a fake one.

Bristol is the eldest daughter of Sarah Palin, who resigned as Alaska governor in July.

Johnston has raised hackles with his catty accounts of life with the Palins.

He posed for a sexy spread in Playgirl, and Sarah Palin dissed him as an "aspiring porn" star.

Levi Johnston Turns Down Sarah Palin's Thanksgiving Dinner Invitation


Sarah Palin may have invited her daughter's babydaddy to Thanksgiving dinner, but the future Playgirl centerfold will not be passing the yams with the Palins. He turned down her offer, saying she's "full of it."

In an interview he just finished with Playgirl editor-in-chief Nicole Caldwell, Levi says of the invite, "You could tell by her laugh she was full of it." The petition to come over for some turkey was part of a segment the former Alaska governor taped for an Oprah episode that airs Monday.

Levi also that it was a "nice gesture, but she didn't mean it" and if he went, it would be "awkward." He also tells Entertainment Tonight, "Either she's telling a little spoof here or she's going to ask me in the next couple of days. I couldn't care less to go with Sarah Palin, but I want to be with my kid. It would probably be a little weird. It would be uncomfortable, but I'd go for my son's sake."

Well, between Levi's upcoming issue of the magazine and Palin's book, we think that a Thanksgiving dinner together (promptly followed by a food fight) would be just the photo op these two need to keep their prolonged dance of death going.

Sarah Palin: AP "erroneously reporting" on her book


Former Alaska GOP Gov. Sarah Palin says that The Associated Press is “erroneously reporting” on the contents of her book.

POLITICO has learned that Palin, in a statement that will be posted on her Facebook page Friday, writes that “as you probably have heard, the AP snagged a copy of my memoir, "Going Rogue", before its Tuesday release. And as is expected, the AP and a number of subsequent media outlets are erroneously reporting the contents of the book.”

Palin asks supporters to withhold their reactions until they have had a chance to read the book.

“Keep your powder dry, read the book, and enjoy it! Lots of great stories about my family, Alaska and the incredible honor it was to run alongside Sen. John McCain,” she wrote. “We can't wait to hit the road and meet so many on the book tour! See you in Michigan first.”






Palin's "Going Rogue" Names McCain Aides She Thinks Brought Her Down


An associate of Sarah Palin tells Mark Halperin that her memoir, "Going Rogue," will "include some score settling with McCain aides she believes ill-served her (names will be named)." But those aides will have to buy the book to find out what Palin has to say about them. One source tells Halperin the book does not include an index.

Meanwhile, a book deal with an aide to the former Alaska governor has been terminated. San Diego-based Releve Marketing and PR announced Tuesday it will no longer represent or co-author Frank Bailey's upcoming book "Renegade: Sarah Palin's Hatchet Man."

Palin Oprah VIDEO: "Levi Is Loved"


On Wednesday night, Oprah tweeted out a short video previewing her upcoming, much anticipated, interview with Sarah Palin. Oprah wouldn't go into much detail, but she said that she and the former governor of Alaska talked about "everything." Today, CBS has two choice segments from their conversation, set to air Monday, November 16th.

"One final question about Levi," Oprah asks in the first clip: "will he be invited to Thanksgiving dinner?"

Palin laughs. "You know, that's a great question." It's also a question that Palin doesn't seem to want to answer. "It's lovely to think that he would ever even consider such a thing," she says. "Because, of course, you want -- he is a part of the family and you want to bring him in the fold and kind of under your wing. And he needs that, too, Oprah. I think he needs to know that he is loved and he has the most beautiful child and this can all work out for good. It really can." She then segues into a mishmash of statements on how the Palins are "not really into the drama."

Oprah presses on: "Does that mean yes he is coming or no he's not?"

In the second clip, Oprah suggests they talk about Palin's interview with Katie Couric -- a series of disastrous segments including an exchange where Couric asked Palin which newspapers she read and Palin responded: "Um, all of them, any of them." Palin tells Oprah she didn't think it was a defining moment, and neither did her campaign, though she acknowledged it was a "bad interview".

Levi Johnston Talks More Trash About The Palin Family...Vanity Fair Interview

(Levi Johntson behind scenes at Vanity Fair. The father of Bristol Palin's child, keeps on talking about the Palins as if he misses them.



Vanity Fair has posted behind-the-scenes video from their photo shoot with Levi Johnston to accompany their October 2009 story "Me and Mrs. Palin." In the beginning, Johnston's handler Tank Jones teases Levi about his transformation from "Wasilla wear" to "Vanity Fair wear." Johnston then poses in designer clothes on the ledge of a building and in the back of a limo holding Sarah Palin masks.

The best exchange comes 3:29 minutes in, when Tank asks Levi if he's thought about doing Playgirl. Levi, wearing aviator sunglasses and sitting in the backseat of an SUV, says "I'd do it...if it would get me out of there." Tank then lectures Levi on what it takes to be in the nude magazine: "You've gotta have some johnson. You can can't come in there lacking in the johnson area. You've gotta unfold some things....[A ]dude posed for the magazine and they had to add an extra leaf to fold out for him...[so] I'm saying, do you need extra magazine or do you don't [sic] need that?"

"You're just gonna have to see, Tank," Levi answers.
