Yesterday, Prez. Obama admitted during interviews with CNN's Anderson Cooper and NBC's Brian Williams, that "he screwed up" as it relates to the Tom Daschle (his pick for Sec. of Health & Human Services) Tax mess.
He further expounded on the situation with this statement, "I’ve got to own up to my mistake. Ultimately, it's important for this administration to send a message that there aren't two sets of rules — you know, one for prominent people and one for ordinary folks who have to pay their taxes,".
What's my take on the recent events surrounding Daschle's withdrawal?
Prez. Obama is STILL considered to be a Strong Leader, but he's ONLY Human.
What's more important is that he publicly confessed to the American people his mishap and perhaps poor judgment regarding proceeding with Daschle's nomination, thus proving that he does care about his Constituents.
Even though he was declared the Winner of the 2008 Presidential Election, there are many people (Rush Limbaugh and his Republican Cronies) who still wish to see him fail.
That's what all of the current gridlock and hell raising is about over his Economic Stimulus Reinvestment and Recovery package.
It just Old, Racist, Partisan Politics being practiced at its finest, while the Voters who elected many of those Sore Loser Republicans into Public Office are suffering.
Where were these outspoken idiots when former Prez. Bush was running up this HUGE Deficit??
My bad! They helped him run it up with those lame-a*s Tax Cuts!
Prez. Obama Sir, we STILL believe in you and think your Economic Stimulus package is a great strategy help bring our country up out of this mess.
We're praying for you and have your back dude. keep your head up!
