Lindsey Graham: Brennan Has "Lost My Confidence"
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) Sunday joined the GOP chorus calling for the removal of John Brennan, a special assistant to the president for counterterrorism.
“He has lost my confidence,” Graham said on “Fox News Sunday,” criticizing Brennan both for his role in giving Miranda rights to the accused Christmas Day bomber, Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, as well as his recent comments suggesting that the 20 percent rate of terrorists returning to the battle field is not that bad.
Asked if he thought Brennan should resign, Graham replied: “I think it would be better to have a new person in that job.”
