"Tiger Was Snoring, Lying On The Ground"...FHP Releases More Tapes

FHP interviews Tiger's neighbor about the accident.

A Taiwanese newspaper website has posted a video report featuring a computer-generated interpretation of the events surrounding Tiger Woods' late night car crash.

Neighbor: "Tiger Was Snoring, Did Not Appear Drunk"

The Florida Highway Patrol released an audio interview with Kimberly Harris and her brother, Jarius Adams, Woods' neighbors who rushed outside after the crash last week.

"I saw Tiger laying on the ground. Elin was talking to him," Adams said.

He said he ran back in house to call 911 and got his sister to bring out "pillows and blankets for Tiger, because it was cold outside and, obviously, he was laying on the ground."

Adams said that Woods was already on the ground in the street and snoring when he walked toward the golfer’s vehicle and wife, Elin.

“She was actually very quiet, just kind of in shock,” Adams said but she did ask him for help.

Adams and Harris agreed there was no indication that Elin and Tiger Woods had been drinking before the incident.

“No alcohol, no any other kind of drug whatsoever, none” Adams said.

Harris noted that Tiger was not wearing shoes at the time but neither witnessed any purported window shattering.

“We didn’t see any glass at all,” Harris said.

Meanwhile, a lawyer for a New York woman who has denied having an affair with Tiger Woods canceled a news conference that had been scheduled for Thursday in Los Angeles.

Attorney Gloria Allred's office said in a statement that the news conference has been canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. The statement does not elaborate on the circumstances. Allred earlier had planned to make a statement about Rachel Uchitel's relationship with Woods.

Uchitel denied having an affair with Woods when contacted by The Associated Press.

It's been almost one week since Woods crashed his sport utility vehicle near his Isleworth home, sparking questions about the cause of the crash and his personal life.

Three women have come forward claiming links to Woods. Most recently, Life & Style magazine reported an affair between Woods and Las Vegas marketing manager Kalika Moquin. Moquin told the magazine that it is "not appropriate for me to comment one way or the other. At this time, I'm just choosing to focus on my job."

Los Angeles cocktail waitress Jaimee Grubbs claims she has been seeing Woods for three years.

The man who introduced Woods to his wife, Elin Nordegren, is also talking. Jesper Parnevik said he takes the blame for all that has happened. Nordegren was once a nanny for Parnevik's children.

"I thought he was a better guy than he is, and I will probably just have to apologize to her," Parnevik said.

Woods issued a statement on his Web site about the alleged affairs.

"I have not been true to my values and the behavior my family deserves," Woods said. "I am not without faults and I am far short of perfect. I am dealing with my behavior and personal failings behind closed doors with my family. Those feelings should be shared by us alone."

Woods did not offer details of any alleged relationship.
