During an interview with Fox News's Greta Van Susteren, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich (R) strongly criticized President Obama's acceptance of Notre Dame's invitation to deliver this year's commencement address.
In doing so he suggested that people nationwide hold a Prayer Vigil in protest of the president's support of Abortion.
The silent protest was to take place while President Obama gave his speech.
Mr. Gingrich recently converted to the Catholic faith in March of this year.
