After blocking the confirmation of Erroll Southers as the new TSA head, Sen. DeMint stopped by Fox News to defend his decision.
DeMint said he said he objected not to Southers' qualifications, but rather the "Collective Bargaining" and "Secrecy" surrounding his nomination.
